It does have a corner flipping problem which confused my daughter for a little while until I remembered reading a review which also noticed the problem. After that, it was all plain sailing with this cube. It's lovely to use and has a nice feel to it. The corner cutting is good and overall it's a lovely cube. My daughter's best time went from 56 seconds to 44 seconds within 10 minutes of opening the packet, so it earns the title of speed cube for us.
