I can feel the difference
Excellent, I can see the difference on my nails so, I can only think my bones are stronger as well.I had a foot bone fracture by spraining my ankle. I could only think at the time that the reason I had such a silly fracture was because, my bones were brittle as I hadnt had much sun exposure for a year.This formulation contains the basis for bones and more.My hair also improved.I only take a third of the recommended daily amount.
