Smart Lock - Fingerprint Keyless Entry Door Lock with Auto-Locking, Satin Black

Seems to work great but the discrimination said satin nickel under color choice. It’s black satin which is shoved at the bottom of the tile of the product. This is amazons fault. 🤦🏼

I like its sleek&stylish design,BUT fingerprint failed after 2.5 years of service& we / they couldnt fixed it? Bought this 10/2020.

Stop working, Chip, Code nothing working. Had to get a locksmith and pay few hundreds, better get a well known brand like Yale and don't wait for emergency to happen.

Worked great for about 2 months. Then the finger print reader started working intermittently, then stopped working all together. We struggled with this lock for a little over a year with it not reading finger prints, not responding to touching the keypad and binding up mechanism. After getting locked out of my house in the middle of a rain storm, I'd had it and swapped it out for something else that worked.I originally got this because I wanted to be able to control it from my phone and Alexa. 2 features I was never able to make work. If you're planning to spend this kind of money on a door lock go with a better known name brand.

I got in touch with the manufacturer and regards to the warranty. They answer like the first two times via email after that never heard from them again.Stay away.
