I’m very happy with the Dreame H12 Pro. It makes cleaning my floors so much easier because it vacuums and mops at the same time. It does a great job picking up dust, hair, crumbs, and wet messes, leaving the floors looking clean without using too much water. I especially love the self-cleaning and hot-air drying features because they make maintenance much more convenient. It’s easy to use, saves me a lot of time, and is perfect for everyday cleaning around the house.

I didn’t have very high expectations at first, but after using the Dreame H12 Pro for a few days, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it performs. It does a great job cleaning and makes the whole process much easier and faster. The automatic drying feature is definitely a big plus, especially because it keeps the roller cleaner and ready for the next use. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

So I loved this for the year I had it when it worked. But it quit working almost exactly at a year after purchase. It would turn on and the audio prompts would work, but the roller wouldn’t turn. I contacted Dreame who assured me I could send it in for repair. That endeavor turned into an absolutely frustrating nightmare. I spend about 1 hour packing it up to their very exact specifications. Then the label they sent me for the package wouldn’t print out correctly. I tried everything from my end to get it to print correctly and it just wouldn’t. So I called Dreame. I proceeded to get disconnected three times in a row. Finally I got someone who did not disconnect me and we managed to get the label printed. I schlepped this huge package to the UPS store, stood in line with it, only to discover the label they sent me was no good and wouldn’t scan. At this point I had spent approximately 3 hours on this between attempting to print labels, repeatedly getting disconnected, and driving to UPS. To say I was upset was an understatement as I had about a 100 other things I needed to be doing that day. The next customer service rep I got was completely unempathetic regarding the fact that they had wasted half my afternoon, she was rude, and she refused initially to send me a new label. After a long while of debate about the new label she finally sent me one. So then I had to drive back to my house to print it, tape it on the box, and drive BACK to UPS again. I still have not heard anything from Dreame regarding if my machine is repairable or not. This cost $360 at the time I bought it, so it should not quit working after a year. Very disappointing. I also have a very expensive Robot vacuum from Dreame, as well as a cordless vacuum. I regret buying both of them after the level of customer service I received, and will never buy another product from Dreame again. As a matter of fact, I sold the cordless vac tonight on Facebook. Not going to support this company any longer. Back to Tineco for me, which is a shame because the Dreame products are nice when they actually work. If only they cared about their customers time and money spent. Edited to add: just unpacked machine after receiving it back from the repair center and it still does not work. Edited again to add: Dreame offered me a refurbished machine. Then sent it without the handle that has the power switch on it. And the handle is now out of stock. The vast incompetence of the many different departments I have come into contact with in this company, quite frankly, blows my mind.

I’m very happy with this vacuum. I really like being able to vacuum and mop at the same time because it saves me a lot of time, especially for everyday cleaning. It picks up dirt really well and leaves my floors clean without having to go over them several times. I also love the self-cleaning feature because it makes keeping the roller clean after each use so much easier. It’s easy to maneuver and has worked really well so far. It has definitely made my cleaning routine faster and easier.

I recieved my new toy, I mean.... ~~~~Dreame H12 Pro~~~~~ wet dry vacuum. I had the corded purple Bissell crosswave pro pet, I will not go into it, if you like, you can read my review on it..... Anyway, I researched these types of cleaners for close to two months before purchasing. For the price, I wanted to make sure my money was getting what I needed. I searched online, you tube, and also reviews on Amazon. I decided on this model and was happy to see it was on sale when I finally decided on which one . This cleaner is awesome. I cleaned close to 1500 Sq ft of hardwood floors in 45 minutes. I had to empty the dirty water tank twice, and that was mostly because of the animal hair/dust etc it sucked up! I have 2 dogs, and 4 cats, grand baies, 2 adults, cockatoo, plus I have long hair. (I had swept prior to using this vacuum earlier in the day). I did have to refill the clean water tank once after initial fill, I ran out short in the last room, and also, for the self clean cycle. The machine itself is quiet. It is self propelled. Which my arthritis loves. No triggers to squeeze for cleaning water, it does it. Now there will be streaks showing, but only when WET, dry, none what so ever. The edge cleaning is fantastic! Having the edge cleaning on both size vs one side as most have, it awesome. No need to chane angle or direction of the vacuum to get all the crud along the edges or corners. It does get up to the edge of the woodwork. No line to see clean and dirty floor. Some reviews said the cleaning solution was strong, I found the smell not to be. I am sensitive to smells and odors. Which second, some said there is an odor, none here, not even in the self clean cycle. You do need to clean out the dirty water tank after each use. If you do not, that will become very odorous. Personally, I just feel it's common sense to clean it out after each use. Deep clean brush by hand if really gross too. If you pay for it, you should take care of it to make your purchase last longer, perform as it should, along with not throwing the money spent out the window!!! Ok.... My test was a big flower pot full of wet dirt that my cat knocked over after he threw up a hair ball the day before it arrived. I did not try an egg, they are too expensive to waste, besides who needs an egg when you have the blessing of furbabies accidents?! The dirt was still some what wet, and it sucked it up like bread crumbs with no spewing dirt around. The present from the cat was very dry and stuck. It came up without any problem. It ramped up, as it does when it senses more of a mess, and was ok, donne with that 8n no time at all!!! Cat litter was no competition! Sucked it right up too, same as the dirt!! It even took care of a potty accident of the solid kind without any difficulty in turbo mode. It is very quiet in the cleaning mode. At 100% charge, I had 23% left when done with the floors. Another plus is, it sits up and once it is sitting upright, it runs a few seconds, then shuts off. This helps to save the charge. This vacuum does not fall over like the crosswave it, or even my cordless vacuum. Ohhhh yes, it works great on just vacuuming, that's what I used for the dirt, and turbo mode for the cat litter. I did use turbo mode for most of my floors for the extra cleaning. It pulls you, not you it!!! It also talks to you. That was strange! Tells you when the canister needs empty or filled, what mode it is in, and powering on and off. The floors feel clean to your bare feet, not sticky like some mops and cleaners do. The floors dried quickly too. I will update in a couple months to see if my wallet is not as mad that I spent this much on a vacuum. It was not a drugery to clean floors. That is a big plus! No mess, no mops, buckets, no pre-sweeping..... Being cordless is 100% favorable!!! It charged in about 3.5 hours. I love it having a dock and always being charged. No batteries to take out to charge separately! No cord to trip over, plug in, re-plug in....... This machine is not light, the self propel evens that out. It is not all plastic either. Nice construction. Very easy to put together, clean roller and replace. No struggling to take and re-place clean/dirty tanks. The size of the unit allows to get under furniture, corners etc. Also, it does not take much room for the self charger and vacuum together. No, I am not being paid for this review, nor given the unit or discount in return for a favorable review. Like I said, in a couple months I will update this! Happy Cleaning!!!

My sister-in-law told me so, and I can confirm it: every woman needs this in her life. It mops and vacuums at the same time, leaving the floor spotless without having to vacuum first and then mop. It saves me so much time and effort. I love that it detects dirt and has different cleaning modes. Plus, the self-cleaning feature is incredibly convenient—after I use it, I can just set it to clean itself. I use it every day; cleaning my floors is no longer a chore... it’s become an obsession! 😂 If you’re looking for a machine that truly makes floor cleaning easier, I highly recommend it.

I’ve had this vacuum mop for a week and a half and I’ve used it a handful of times already. This is my first vacuum mop so I don’t have any comparison to other brands. Overall, this is great for daily vacuuming and quick mopping. I have 3 inside dogs, 2 of which shed insanely so I ALWAYS have dog hair. The suction on this machine is amazing, it will suck up the hair before you even get to it and it DOES get all the way to the baseboards. It has a suction only mode which is good for just vacuuming and does well on that setting. It automatically turns on to auto mode and is self propelling so it’s easy to maneuver, however, I have to switch arms frequently as it pulls so much that it starts to hurt my shoulder after 2 rooms (my house is 1600 sq ft with 10 rooms and a hallway). The self cleaning mode does a decent job at getting the brush roller clean but after 2 uses I have to take it out and just rinse it out really good with hot water. The drying mode takes about an hour to complete one cycle but does dry the brush and the stand completely. If I take the brush roller out to rinse it, then it takes 2 drying cycles to completely dry. It doesn’t always automatically go to self cleaning mode when you put it on the charger so I just make sure to hit the button when I place it on the charger. I clean the dirty water tank each time I use it to keep it from smelling and I haven’t had any issues with a musty smell… yet. It comes with a brush to clean the tubes which has a cutter inside the handle to cut any hair off of the roller, an extra filter and an extra brush roller. It does automatically kick up power when it detects a dirtier spot and then drops back down and there’s a light around the display screen that changes from green to yellow to red to let you know. When you put it in ultra mode, you have to wait 30 seconds. The only issues I have noticed so far is that the cleaner that it comes with doesn’t really have a smell so it doesn’t leave the house smelling fresh and clean (personal preference), it leaves streaks no matter which way I use the vacuum (vertical or horizontal to the floor pattern) but you can really only tell on darker colored floors and I’ve noticed it’s less noticeable if you go with the floor pattern first and then go back and go the opposite direction but then you’re mopping the same room twice. I had to lay it down to get something unstuck from the roller and the dirty water leaked out of the very top air vents but it stopped leaking as soon as I picked it up and I mistakenly left it running (it doesn’t not automatically stop if you tip it) so I was able to just vacuum it right back up. The only time it automatically stops is if you leave it sitting up right for a few seconds and then it automatically starts again when you’re ready. It is kind of hard to get it to stand up right as it is self propelling and it just wants to keep rolling so I have to put my foot on the front of it to keep it still and then lift the back. It does NOT leak when left standing up right or sitting in one spot for a few seconds like I know happens with other brands. Another tip, clean out the dirty water tank before you start self cleaning if you have a lot of hair/debris in the tank already or it will spill dirty water all over the charging station and overflow to the floor leaving a huge mess (this only happened when I had a lot of dog hair stuck in the dirty water tank tube and didn’t know it). The machine talks and it will literally tell you what to do or what it needs. The machine itself is quite heavy so I don’t think it would be ideal for someone who doesn’t have a lot of strength to pick it up and carry it from room to room. Everything is relatively easy to use and take out. The filter on top of the dirty water tank can be taken out and rinsed out as well, hair can get trapped in there too. The battery life is amazing, I usually have about 30-40% left when I get done with all the rooms. Overall, I’m very happy with this as it was taking me an hour and a half to sweep and mop my house regularly so this has cut down that time tremendously. It takes me about 25-30 minutes to do my entire house (quick clean) and about 45 minutes if I go over each room twice to avoid streaks.

I’m really happy with this vacuum cleaner. It cleans really well and honestly surprised me with how easy it is to use. I love that it can reach those hard-to-clean areas and leaves my floors looking really clean. It feels well made and works great for everyday cleaning. Definitely a great purchase, and I’m very satisfied with it!

I have been using this Dreame vacuum/mop for a month and I am so glad I got it! I bought it on the prime deals so it was more affordable and have no regrets. I use it almost daily, sometimes I skip a day but on avg 5-6 days a week. I have a two level townhouse (946 sqft) that is all hard floors and I have yet to go below the max water line required for the self clean. I was fully prepared to have to refill the water at least once so am pleasantly surprised. I also have plenty of battery life so have never had it die on me! I use to use a Dyson stick vac for my floors then mop. The first day I used the Dreame I first went over the floor with my Dyson beforehand and let me tell you I cringed at how much hair it picked up and the muddy coloured water I emptied from the dirty water tank. For reference I have one adult, one child and two cats in my home and typically keep a clean home. I feel so much better knowing my floors are now actually cleaner than before when I thought they were clean. Everyday the water is discoloured and pick up lots of hair it ceases to amaze me. I have read tons of reviews on vac/mop combos and spent months off and on researching and ultimately decided on this one because of the dual edge to get right up to the wall on either side, the ability to go on a thin front mat and the feature that dries the roller. I also preferred this over others because I don’t require to get an app or connect to wifi. Bonus it runs quieter than my Dyson vac. I always keep it on auto mode as it automatically switches to ultra mode if it detects extra cleaning power needed which it has a few times. The self cleaning mode doesn’t take too long the voice command will tell you when it’s complete so you can empty the tanks. I do this right away, clean them out, dry and leave on the counter to further air dry. The drying of the roller takes more time. The screen display will show the % of where it’s at. Whenever I notice that’s done I take the roller off and just give a quick wipe of the machine there, put the roller back on as well as the tanks. The manual cleaning I do including putting everything back on takes less than 5 mins total and haven’t had any issues with smell. The additional time spent maintaining the machine is still less time it use to take me to vac and then mop before. I used it on my parents bungalow house which is also all hard floors (1528 sqft) and didn’t need to refill the clean water tank nor run out of battery. Their home has two adults and two cats, and my mom swiffers twice a day. My mom swiffered immediately prior to me using it thinking I exaggerated by how well it worked and she was disgusted by the colour of the water as well as how much hair it still picked up. Now she’s wanting to purchase next prime days (hopefully it goes on sale again). Highly recommend!
