Easy to Use and Self-Clean
I really like how easy the Dreame H12 Pro is to use. I was able to change the language from English to Spanish, and it has several language options available in the settings. It makes cleaning the floors much easier because it vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me a lot of time. I also love how easy it is to clean after using it, especially with the self-cleaning feature. The detergent that comes with it also smells really nice, which is a great bonus. Overall, it’s very practical, easy to use, and has made my floor-cleaning routine much easier.

Excellent option to keep the floors spotless
After using this vacuum cleaner and mop, I found it very practical for daily cleaning. Vacuums and cleans the floor in a single step, which helps save time, and glides easily on hard surfaces. The self-cleaning function is very convenient because it simplifies the maintenance of the equipment. The tank is easy to remove and replace, and the operation in general has been intuitive. It also includes useful accessories for equipment care. In my experience, it has been a good purchase and an efficient tool to keep floors clean with less effort. I would recommend it to those looking for a practical solution for home cleaning.

Disappointed with Dreame - More like a Nightmare
I’m so disappointed. Long story long: I have purchased 3 different Dreame brand hydrovacs in the last year and a half. The first one was one of the first models sold and was on the cheaper side. No fancy bells and whistles. It self cleaned and was cordless. I loved it for the year that it worked. When I purchased the second, I splurged and purchased a more expensive Dreame hydrovac that had the self drying feature and the ability to reach under furniture by having the clean water tank on top of the floor/base piece rather than on the back of the device. At the time I was thinking they’ve probably gotten better in time and also realizing you get what you pay for - the first one was cheap and this one was more expensive. A more expensive version would surely be better, right? But they work so well, even if it lasts a year, it will be worth it to me not to have to sweep and mop 2 and 3 times a week. I also read reviews and didn’t see anything alarming. UNFORTUNATELY, within 4 weeks, the more expensive model was leaking water from the clean water tank and quite literally falling apart. I contacted customer support and they sent a new clean water tank. (Customer support was very friendly, helpful, and quick. I appreciated that) HOWEVER, within another 4 weeks, the new part also began to crack and leak water. I followed all the instructions and guidelines for maintaining the device and it didn’t matter. It still fell apart. At this point, I decided to try one more time and get a cheaper option again, which is the Dreame H12 Pro. (They no longer sell the first model I purchased) The cheaper model has the clean water tank on the back of the device rather than on top of the floor piece/base of the device. The first one I purchased also had the clean water tank on the back of the device and I thought that may be what makes a difference in how well they work. I also must say, when the devices work, they work so well, which is why I tried THREE models in an attempt to find the same satisfaction as my first purchase. When they work, they make life so much easier for someone like me who is a single mom who works full time. I was hopeful the 3rd time would be the charm but almost immediately after taking it out of the box, it wouldn’t charge on the charging base. I had such a hard time getting it to charge and if it won’t charge, it also won’t self clean. It won’t do anything. I’ve finally given up the fight with this brand. I don’t have time to go back and forth with customer support every time there’s an issue. I just need the product I purchase to do what it’s supposed to do. It’s my own fault for purchasing the same brand (differing models) 3 times. The only reason I did that is because when they work, they really save so much time and clean so well. The first purchase lasted a decent amount of time for the price I paid. I thought maybe I just got a lemon with my second purchase. But the 3rd purchase was finally all the proof I needed. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. It hurts me to say that because I was so excited with my first purchase for the year that I used it. Ridiculously, I just purchased my FOURTH wet dry vacuum in a relatively short amount of time, and I’m praying the Kenmore brand will be reliable. It was $199 which is much less than my 2nd and 3rd Dreame purchases. If not, I guess I’ll go back to a broom, separate mop and water bucket, and a regular vacuum. Finally, in my opinion, the clean water tank being on the back of the device is more reliable than being mounted on top of the floor/base piece. IF, your device will charge at all and IF it will self clean at all. I’m not made of money. Life isn’t easy in this economic climate and it’s really stupid of me to keep buying the same brand. If you reply to this, don’t be mean to me please. Believe me, I know how stupid it is.

This Vauum cleans
I recieved my new toy, I mean.... ~~~~Dreame H12 Pro~~~~~ wet dry vacuum. I had the corded purple Bissell crosswave pro pet, I will not go into it, if you like, you can read my review on it..... Anyway, I researched these types of cleaners for close to two months before purchasing. For the price, I wanted to make sure my money was getting what I needed. I searched online, you tube, and also reviews on Amazon. I decided on this model and was happy to see it was on sale when I finally decided on which one . This cleaner is awesome. I cleaned close to 1500 Sq ft of hardwood floors in 45 minutes. I had to empty the dirty water tank twice, and that was mostly because of the animal hair/dust etc it sucked up! I have 2 dogs, and 4 cats, grand baies, 2 adults, cockatoo, plus I have long hair. (I had swept prior to using this vacuum earlier in the day). I did have to refill the clean water tank once after initial fill, I ran out short in the last room, and also, for the self clean cycle. The machine itself is quiet. It is self propelled. Which my arthritis loves. No triggers to squeeze for cleaning water, it does it. Now there will be streaks showing, but only when WET, dry, none what so ever. The edge cleaning is fantastic! Having the edge cleaning on both size vs one side as most have, it awesome. No need to chane angle or direction of the vacuum to get all the crud along the edges or corners. It does get up to the edge of the woodwork. No line to see clean and dirty floor. Some reviews said the cleaning solution was strong, I found the smell not to be. I am sensitive to smells and odors. Which second, some said there is an odor, none here, not even in the self clean cycle. You do need to clean out the dirty water tank after each use. If you do not, that will become very odorous. Personally, I just feel it's common sense to clean it out after each use. Deep clean brush by hand if really gross too. If you pay for it, you should take care of it to make your purchase last longer, perform as it should, along with not throwing the money spent out the window!!! Ok.... My test was a big flower pot full of wet dirt that my cat knocked over after he threw up a hair ball the day before it arrived. I did not try an egg, they are too expensive to waste, besides who needs an egg when you have the blessing of furbabies accidents?! The dirt was still some what wet, and it sucked it up like bread crumbs with no spewing dirt around. The present from the cat was very dry and stuck. It came up without any problem. It ramped up, as it does when it senses more of a mess, and was ok, donne with that 8n no time at all!!! Cat litter was no competition! Sucked it right up too, same as the dirt!! It even took care of a potty accident of the solid kind without any difficulty in turbo mode. It is very quiet in the cleaning mode. At 100% charge, I had 23% left when done with the floors. Another plus is, it sits up and once it is sitting upright, it runs a few seconds, then shuts off. This helps to save the charge. This vacuum does not fall over like the crosswave it, or even my cordless vacuum. Ohhhh yes, it works great on just vacuuming, that's what I used for the dirt, and turbo mode for the cat litter. I did use turbo mode for most of my floors for the extra cleaning. It pulls you, not you it!!! It also talks to you. That was strange! Tells you when the canister needs empty or filled, what mode it is in, and powering on and off. The floors feel clean to your bare feet, not sticky like some mops and cleaners do. The floors dried quickly too. I will update in a couple months to see if my wallet is not as mad that I spent this much on a vacuum. It was not a drugery to clean floors. That is a big plus! No mess, no mops, buckets, no pre-sweeping..... Being cordless is 100% favorable!!! It charged in about 3.5 hours. I love it having a dock and always being charged. No batteries to take out to charge separately! No cord to trip over, plug in, re-plug in....... This machine is not light, the self propel evens that out. It is not all plastic either. Nice construction. Very easy to put together, clean roller and replace. No struggling to take and re-place clean/dirty tanks. The size of the unit allows to get under furniture, corners etc. Also, it does not take much room for the self charger and vacuum together. No, I am not being paid for this review, nor given the unit or discount in return for a favorable review. Like I said, in a couple months I will update this! Happy Cleaning!!!

Game changer so far.
I’ve had this for just over 7 months so I can’t yet speak to its longevity. But so far it’s been one of my favorite cleaning purchases. I love how it’s continuously cycling in clean water to clean and sucking up the dirty water. And I know it’s cleaning because the dirty water tank is so gross and dirty after I clean. It doesn’t hurt my back to clean either because it kind of self propels itself. I also love that it cleans its own brush roller. Amazing. All I have to do is empty and rinse the dirty water tank after every use. Do NOT forget to clean the dirty water tank because one time I left it in there for a few days and it smelled terrible. I also love that it talks to you. So futuristic. All in all, a great purchase especially with 2 young kids and a dog. It saves a ton of time. Hoping it lasts a long time so I can get my moneys worth. I’ve literally gone through 5 or 6 bissell steam mops in the past 10 years or so. They always stop working right after they’re out of warranty.

Great Time-Saver, but the Maintenance is Real
I’ve used the Dreame H12 FlexReach Vacuum Mop daily since January. While it hasn’t necessarily "excelled" at keeping my home perfectly clean on its own, it has significantly reduced my need to haul around my O-Cedar EasyWring™ Spin Mop & Bucket System every single day. The Good: Great Runtime: I can cover three rooms and a hallway on one charge with battery to spare. Cordless Convenience: It’s very easy to grab, and docking it on the charger is effortless. Effective for Debris: It vacuums up messes well, though if it hits something too big (like a hidden sock), the magnetic roller will slip free. Self-Cleaning: The feature is great for quick maintenance. Just be aware that the unit is noisy; you may want to avoid storing the charging base in areas where peace and quiet are needed. The Realities: Clean Water Tank Capacity: While the battery lasts, the clean water tank needs to be filled twice to cover my three rooms and a hallway. Residue Issues: The recommended cleaner leaves a visible residue when dry. I’ve switched to using only water, which means I still use my traditional mop for a true "deep" clean. High Maintenance: The unit "asks" you to empty the waste tank every single time, and it is crucial to do so. I add vinegar to the waste tank to help with odors. Additionally, the roller needs frequent hand-washing with mild soap to avoid grime build-up and sour odors. The filter needs to be rinsed and cleaned at the same time. Parts Availability: It is recommended to replace the rollers and filters every 3 months, but I found that there are no available resources to purchase them directly. When I reached out, Dreame support was very quick to respond and sent me a free set, but they never clarified how I can purchase them myself in the future. Final Verdict: It’s a solid tool for maintaining floors between deep cleans, but because of the quirks and the difficulty finding accessories, I’d likely look at the newer H-series models or even the H12 Pro Flex if I were buying again today, simply because replacement rollers and filters for those are widely available. I would give it 5 stars for the cleaning performance and the time it saves me from my mop and bucket, but I am reducing it to 4 stars due to the replacement parts issue.

Cleans really well, only concern is battery life
I’ve used it a couple dozen times over the last six months. It cleans really well and the swivel handle is easy on my arthritic hands. It’s easy to clean and I’m glad I bought it. My only concern is the longevity of the battery. When it was new, I had 35% battery left after cleaning my 1300 sqft house on auto mode. Now it’s 25%. Using turbo mode only on the highest-traffic areas of my house and auto mode everywhere else, the remaining battery power was in the single digits; now, it runs out of power and I have to recharge it before I can finish cleaning.

You need this
Works like a breeze. Owned for 6 months so far and use it 2-3 times a week. We have had absolutely no issues. No more brooms or having to sweep first then mop. No more post mopping wet floors. It does it all. Cleaning and drying cycles are wonderful. It is a little noisy when it turns up the power on areas that it senses it needs more power. But no where near as loud as a vacuum. It's a more pricey but the convenience makes it worth every penny. It is very high quality and made tough. Would buy again 1000x. The self propelled feature is wonderful. Cleans and sweeps great and saves a step. Easy to dump waste water. No lingering smells. Just buy it already.

Aspirador dos sonhos
O aspirador é MARAVILHOSO, aspira e passa pano de maneira impecável perfeito para a manutenção diária. Um ponto relevante, o aspirador é bem pesado.

Me encanta

Easy to use great quality
When I use this floor cleaner, I’m really pleased with how well it picks up dust and light stains on my wooden floors. I use it around hallways and it glides smoothly without requiring much pushing force from me. I notice it leaves surfaces fairly dry after I use it, so I don’t have to wait long for the floor to be ready to walk on. The cleaning performance stays consistent, and I enjoy how effortless my floor‑cleaning chores feel every time I use it.
