XHDATA D219 Portable Radio Retro FM AM SW Radio Battery Operated for Household Outdoor Camping Hiking Pocket Radio Grey

This is a great palm-sized radio with excellent battery life, spoken word audio quality and the simplest of old-fashioned controls which work (no Bluetooth or digital radio). There is no digital display for tuning, but that is no problem if you mainly listen to one station. Reception is excellent with the telescopic aerial, the sound is clear and loud enough and the plastic construction is very light but stands up properly and seems perfectly robust enough for temporary or occasional use as a backup. For these purposes it is pretty much unbeatable at the amazing price.

Perfect emergency radio. Stock up on AA batteries and wait for the power cuts that are on the way this winter! Surprisingly good sound for such a small unit. Much better than a cheap wind up radio that will probably fail on you.

Description states battery radio and also states emergency wind up battery radio. It is battery powered only, no wind up option. It's small, and works with batteries, sound is clear just not totally as advertised.

Great little radio, great sound out of it. Simple but does what it's supposed to do!

Great radio nice tone fast delivery . Easy to use

Great little radio so handy to keep in car

Really disappointed with this product - it switches on fine and reception is initially good, but after between 7 and 10 minutes, it simply stops receiving any signal at all. The power light is still on but there is no radio reception on any wavelength. I really regret not having returned it within the returns window, it is utterly useless to me and I have reverted to using my phone as a radio, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by buying this item.

Fast delivery as always from Amazon. Great product, two AA batteries in and working straight away, found stations on all bands that we loud and clear. Highly recommended for the price.

Molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Obbiettivo raggiunto.

Excellente radio !
