Oxylife Products Phenocane Capsules, 120 Count

I am in my late Seventies and as usual, for someone my age, I've suffered for years from ongoing pelvic(hip) pain and joint pain. Over the years I've alternated between just taking ibuprofen or Aleeve and for the past few years, a couple of Aleeve in the morning and evening and five or six ibuprofen during the day. I also have a painful knee that my doctor would like to replace, something I've been trying to avoid for various reasons, and have been receiving cortisone shots for pain.About a year ago, I finally found a chiropractor who has been successful in relieving a lot of my nerve pain by adjusting my back, relieving the pinching nerves. About six months ago, he suggested I try PHENOCANE for inflamed joints. It took a few weeks to settle in, but then I found myself, dropping the Aleeve and ibuprofen and finally after about a month, stopping the aleeve and ibuprofen altogether. Now I might take a single ibuprofen, once a week when my hands stiffen and I'm due to play (I'm a lifelong piano player) but otherwise, I just take the Phenocane, one in the morning and one at night. Furthermore, although I'm due for another cortisone shot, I don't think I'm going to need it as the knee pain has been reduced except when I happen to twist or something of that nature.So, the Phenocane has relieved almost completely, the pain I've had from inflamed muscles, joint and general body discomfort. Of course that might also have been helped by other habits such as the fact that I've been a vegetarian nearly fifty years and avoid any foods that are produced by the American Food Industry which are filled with chemicals: I haven't eaten at a fast food joint in nearly fifty years. Also I swim at least five days a week. I do not take any supplements except for Vitamin C during the winter. I take two low dose meds, one for blood pressure and one for cholesterol. . .I'll be 78 soon and my blood pressure is normally about 125/72-75 and my cholesterol is 135. I weigh about 170 and am about six foot tall.So, if you have inflamed muscles or joints and are using pain relievers "recommended" by our medical establishment supported by Big Pharma, try Phenocane. . .your kidneys and liver will appreciate it.Also, drink lots of water. . .I drink about 80 ounces every day.And remember Phenocane, unlike the pain relievers advertised on TV, will not result in immediate relief. It will take a few weeks and you need to clear those nasty products out of your body and give the Phenocane a chance to become effective. AND it only costs about $15.00 a month or about .65 a day. Glucosamine plus aleeve, ibuprofen and other assorted pain pills will run a lot more than fifteen bucks. . .more like seventy or eighty.Good Luck!

This was recommended by my Naturopath for pain management after a motorcycle accident. It has not entirely replaced the use of Advil or other over-the-counter pain meds for me, but is fantastic when you are trying to minimize how much of that stuff you take. My mother, who only ever uses all-natural medicinal products, recommended this. I tried it, with skepticism, but found it to work very well. I use it to relieve headaches as well as muscle aches. I've encouraged others I know to try it and they've all said it works well for them too.

I began using this product on a regular basis over the last year in order to stop using NSAIDS for pain relief.I have experienced relief from arthritic pain and when not using noticed an increase in discomfort.Its important to know i used this regularly, morning and night for the first 3 months in order to get my blood levels up. Then cut back the dose but still take every day at least once.I sometimes take an evening dose if im having increased pain.I believe this is a good product and is reccomended by both my MD and my chiropractor.
