These hold the 18650 batteries securely. Cheaply made, but they meet my requirements nicely.

I bought these to replace a couple of alkaline cells with a single 18650 in a few devices. I will need to add a single cell charge/protection circuit to these, but they work fine for what I wanted. The plastic is typical for these low priced battery cells, but these holders have soldered leads, and the 18650 cells fit fine into these holders. For the price, these are a bargain.

On one hand it works but that's as far as these get. Holder itself is a tight fit for unprotected cells. Getting the cells out is a challenge. Protected cells are basically a no go. While they can technically fit, it has to be forced and are even harder to take the cells back out. I'd pay a dollar or two more over the price i paid for an extra 1 or 2 mm of length. The leads are thin, maybe 26 awg which could be a problem depending on your build needs.

I used these to make some modifications to Nerf blasters because the typical "D" or "C" battery power source is way to expensive to keep a good supply of, especially considering that some of these things can pull upwards of 60 watts of power! They are super low-profile being only a little bit bigger than the batteries themselves and work great at keeping the batteries locked in place.

Good Quality holders. They seem to be made well.
