Works very well in small job that I had

It certainly helps
I don’t do this for a living but I have some experience. This isn’t going to make your work perfect, but it made it a lot easier and I would recommend it to the diy’ers

Too much hassle and poor results.
It's a pain it use and finishes the edges poorly. Requires a lot of finish sanding to feather it out properly. Just use a regular wide knife and avoid this gimmicky thing.
