Nattokinase
This formula is 570mg per capsule, so I only have to take one per day. I take it at night. The capsules are very easy to swallow and not too big. It is helping me. I am now on my second bottle. I got it for my circulation, which I can tell is better. I do recommend this product.

Now nothing but filler
I’m very disappointed with the latest batch. I’ve been taking this product for over a year. The quality has always been high—I could tell from color, smell, and effect that I was getting reasonably pure natto capsules. The new bottle I just opened has only odorless capsules filled with sparkly white crystals, which I can easily tell have no effect, since I’ve been taking the real thing for over a year. Swapping out a product like this that so many customers rely on as a crucial part of their cardiovascular health routine is not only shamefully dishonest, it’s dangerous. I’ll be looking for a different natto product to replace this one.

Quality
Seems to work great, once it's fully in your system. It does thin the blood a bit. Not yet a bad thing for me but be aware. Zero noticeable negative side effects.
