Worst product
I bought three of these but none of them served the purpose. Had to replace all of them.It looks good but after some days of installation it gets loose and rotates 360.Very difficult to install.Its just a Black paint on the rusted iron rod.Screws does not have fillers hemce gets loose after sometime.

Freely rotating arm
It's a total waste of money as it doesn't serve the purpose of holding the towel. It's arm rotates freely. It doesn't bear the weight of the towel and the towel falls down. Why would someone make a hand towel holder which doesn't stand sturdy? Wouldn't recommend this product
