We have 3 Huskys that need trimming rather often because of the AZ heat. Paying a groomer every few months for dogs that furry and that size gets very expensive! This little miracle invention is totally awesome! It has every piece you could possibly want or use and is a better price than others out there. You don't have to worry about standing up and leashing the dog somewhere uncomfortable for hours, or hair flying everywhere that you have to clean up when you are done! You can literally sit comfortably on the sofa with your pups and trim their hair! The suction is quite strong, even when it is full it keeps going, and it is not loud and scary. Our dogs actually enjoy it and wait patiently in line for their turn! Even if your pup is not the "haircut type", just using the varied brushes with suction is worth the purchase! It does a great job pulling all the loose shed right up into the unit, and you don't have to pick out the hair from the bristles, it has a mechanism that you press and it releases it all to also be suctioned up. It is astounding how much we suction up just brushing! All in all it is quite easy to empty & clean when finished. And it saves us on constantly vacumming the floors and furniture. We had ours for a while and 1 of the plastic trimmer heads snapped, the seller responded immediately and sent us a new one right away! This is definitely one of the top 3 purchases we have ever made! It is made very well! The sellers also stand behind their product which is impossible to find these days! We are customers for life!

Five starts because my neighbor borrowed it and it got left out in the rain over night in the box. To my surprise it still worked. It is pretty quiet my dog doesn't run from it like he does the vacuum. He will sit for his hair cut sometimes gets too comfortable he won't roll over to cut the other side. It handled a pro shedder my neighbors Norwegian Elkhound and my shichi long hair. Tangles aren't problem you just have to go slow on them. You do have to stop and remove hair build as you go as expected. The tank will sometimes get full when I wait to long between haircuts. It is a tremendous upgrade from manually cutting my dogs hair. My clothes and floors aren't covered in hair. Which is the main reason I purchased this product. The only thing I can say is know your guide size before you cut. My poor dog looked like a chucky naked mole rat the first time I choose the wrong guide. Luckily his hair grows fast. This system has saved my hundreds on grooming bills and I should add dog grooming to my resume. It is easy to use and durable. I have yet to try it on my kitten it's shedding season, she's ok with the vacuum so I'm hoping she'll let me. I will update if that goes well.

I love this product, its so easy to use and it grabs the dog hair really well and it holds alot of hair. I have a belgian malinois and she has alot of hair.

1st update: 2 things I think would improve it. First, a handle to carry and easily move it around if you need to. 2nd, it needs a bag of some sort to store it in. Had to search for a place to put it and to keep all the pieces together. I just received my unit a few days ago and have already used it. It's going to take a few times using it to get it right, but we'll work on it. It will pay for itself in 3 + home groomings. I don't have to wait for an appointment. I don't have to worry about him being locked up for hours and hours. This was the best purchase I've made in a while. Easy use, easy cleaning.

I rarely say it, but this was a grooming game changer. I've used several different brands of rechargeable trimmers in the past which worked fine for no guard trims. The vacuum makes all the difference. Without having to continuously comb, the vacuum pulls the hair up and into the cutting blade for a very consistent cut. This was the first time I was able to use a guard when trimming and the results were outstanding. I am not a professional groomer or even an amateur one. Just a pet owner. The vacuum unit itself is about the noise of a fan on medium or high. The hose is long enough that I was able to put the vacuum unit on a table next to the folding table where I was trimming our pup. The trimmer itself is almost silent. Our pup was a little scared of the hose and unit, but he's scared of most large objects and anything new. He settled into the haircut very quickly, and had very few issues. For the best cut, there are a couple tricks I'll do next time and highly recommend. A bath and combing will really help. The only times our pup reacted to my trimming was when the guard got caught in a matted area. Fortunately, he had only a couple small mats. Go slow. With standard trimmers you can kind of push at the speed of the blades. With this one, it pays to go slow and let the vacuum do the work. Make a slow pass the first round, then you can go back and fine-tune any areas that didn't get a smooth cut. Plan ahead where you're going to use the unit. Because the trimmer is attached to a hose, it is a little harder to maneuver around the underside and legs. We ended up moving our pup closer to the vacuum unit for his front side. Use a toothbrush to clean and clear the cutting edge, and make sure to put a little oil on before use. The trimmer was sharp and smooth. I did not have as much problem with buildup as I usually did with the other trimmer. The vacuum keeps the hair from bunching up in the cutting blade. This product vastly exceeded my expectations. I hope it would be as good as a trimmer, and maybe a little bit better thanks to the vacuum. There was almost no mess to clean up, and the vacuum did an amazing job pulling the hair into the trimming blades giving me much more control over a consistent cut, and not having to do a no guard shave. With practice, I expect to be able to complete the haircut in about 15 minutes for our Pomeranian.

Within just one year that will become a substantial amount of savings. It's a quality built product that should last throughout the dog's life! The dog loves it and frankly, it was much easier to use than I thought it would be. Poodles are known for tangles and matting, so we're able to maintain a fresh cut with a little touch up from time to time. We've used it twice now and plan to use it repeatedly in the future. I'm even considering my son to do it next time. He is eager and I now know that the device is safe for a young boy in his early teens. The clippers are very quiet and with all of the different comb sizes, it is a breeze to step down in lengths. You can't make a mistake if you take your. This machine is perfect for any dog that requires constant grooming. And our Colonel loves the special attention. The vacuum mode is also quiet and the storage container holds a lot of hair. I've noticed that very little hair does not get sucked into the machine, and there is little to no mess to clean up afterwards. We're very pleased with the purchase and once again, believe that it's going to save us a small fortune!

I have 2 pups one is thich corse hare and the other is much softer and thinner. my Boy Dog who is thicker, was the test to see how well it worked. Now he has always been learrie about anything you come at him with until he decides it is ok or feels good, as he has figured out the brush is ok but the the undercoat tool is not so much. so we had to test it on him a couple of times doing small patches in one of his beds while he was relaxed. after about the 4 or 5th time he calmed down with it and now loves it. it is quieter than a fan on low making almost no noise but the sound of the air at the head being sucked in. I personally would like him to be shaved as close to the skin in the summertime, because being solid black he gets to overheated when he goes out and it tak0es a long time for him to cool back down when he comes in. but with the closest the guides allow us to get it better than not doing it. Now I am certainty no "Pro" and I am Sure I will get better, as you will see it does leave track lines in the shape of the comb, in his fur. I have not figured out yes how to minimize this, I go in multiple directions and no matter what there are track line that take about a day or so to smooth out on their own. on the low setting my boy dog will tolerate it because it has no sounds coming from them like a vacuum or the buzz of the clipper. If you have a dog who is bothered by like sounds this will help you because these do not have that.

Love this tool! It’s made grooming a pleasure at her than a hassle. I love that it has multifunctions and makes trimming less messy and the vacuum alone for clean up is amazing!

Me gustó, aunque estaria bien un poco mas de potencia, y q incluyeran mas de 1 filtro, ya q solo trae uno, tiene 3 velocidades y con cada una aumenta el ruido, pero no es molesta, diria q algo silenciosa, en general muy bien, buenos materiales

Nos gustó mucho, fácil de limpiar y de guardar. Cepilla el pelo y tiene buena sucucion, no tan fuerte para los perrunos pero está súper bien eso.
