totally body positive so just because I am endorsing this product, I am not saying that anyone should feel like they need to look a certain way or be a certain weight! I 100% believe we should look each how we want to and do what makes us feel best, and not buy into all these societal pressures.For me personally, my weight fluctuates and I have a health condition that makes it dangerous for me to gain weight. I’ve been using this as directed. Started out taking 1 a day and then 2 per day. I was drinking at least 2 liters of water daily, mostly more. I loved the increase in energy, wasn’t jittery feeling, just natural feeling of being able to do more. Started walking and increased distance with more walks. I’m so happy there’s no after taste taking these. So many other supplements you’re burping everything up, but not these. I do need to work on healthier eating, but just taking these, getting all the water and doing some exercising is helping me lose some inches off my waist. Overall I recommend these above all the other products out there. If you can follow the directions you’ll be able to feel better and lose weight.

These pills really do help to keep you energized. Definitely stay hydrated while using them! I usually take one in the morning and one mid day or closer to night if I need to stay up. Yes- you will have a hard time sleeping if you take it around 8. As a young mom of two kids, feeling tired is a big issue (toddlers have endless energy). I gained a ton of weight 2 years ago (225 and only 5 foot 1 is not great 😭) Last summer, I used this and lost 20 pounds! Now i am out of the 200s all together.
