I used this daily just prior to rotator cuff repair surgery PT, and will continue to use it after healing. It’s a great anchor point for band workouts.

Basically, if you have at least four inches of wall width on a stud available somewhere, then there's zero excuses to not get some exercise in during the day. I LOVE THIS THING!!!! I actually look forward to using it every day, especially during this time of year with the winter blahs and more time spent indoors.
