Crystal Clear Vision Every Dive – Reliable Anti-Fog That Actually Works
As an avid scuba diver and underwater videographer, clear vision is absolutely essential for me. When you’re capturing footage for stock sites, even the slightest fogging on your mask can ruin a shot if you cannot see properly. After one particular trip where I had a bad reaction to the generic cleaning and defogging agent the dive boat was using, I decided enough was enough—I needed my own reliable anti-fog solution that I could bring with me on every dive. That’s when I came across the Cressi Premium Anti-Fog for Diving Masks. At around £12 for two bottles, it felt like a fair deal, especially from a trusted brand like Cressi, which has a great reputation in the diving world. I took one bottle with me on my next dive trip, and to be honest, I was genuinely impressed. Throughout a full 60-minute dive, my mask stayed crystal clear—no misting, no smearing, nothing. It worked exactly as promised. Over the course of several weeks of diving (around 35 dives in total), I barely made a dent in the bottle’s contents, so it goes a long way. The spray bottles are compact, well-sealed, and travel-friendly. Even though I kept mine in a soft dive bag that got tossed around between boats, flights, and beach transfers, there were no leaks at all—which gave me peace of mind. Using it couldn’t be easier: I simply spray a light mist inside my mask a few minutes before each dive, let it sit briefly, then rinse it out with fresh or salt water just before entering the water. The result? Completely fog-free dives every single time, and consistently clear vision for shooting video footage. Honestly, this stuff is brilliant. It’s reliable, long-lasting, and well worth the money. I’d highly recommend the Cressi Premium Anti-Fog spray to any diver who values comfort, clarity, and hassle-free diving.

Game changer for kids and adults
Have been buying this for 10 years and shared with other parents and adults alike. Spray and leave on for a bit then rinse in the pool before wearing and you won't be complaining about visibility. For kids it means they can concentrate on the lesson and be better far more relaxed. For anyone else this lasts for long distances, diving and makes no difference if in the sea. Even lasts for a few uses if forgotten (but I apply it every time). Regards to value, these are brilliant and last ages, the cost hasn't increased that much over 10 years so will continue purchasing.

Works to a point
Used this for the first time for my 30 minute swim, I'd say it was fog free for 20 minutes of front crawl in my speedo goggles, followed instructions and hour before I went in the pool. I fogged after 20 minutes, but a quick splash in the water and popping them back on, it did stay fog free for the remaining 10, I didn't have to rub them to get rid of it, maybe it was a case of the insides of the goggles drying out or needing a bit of water to bring back the product to life. Whilst not ideal, I managed to only stop once in my swim session rather than the usual 5 or 6 times.

Does the trick
Have bought Cressi Anti-fog spray multiple times and it works a dream at zapping swimming-goggle fog... l'm a regular freestyle pool and sea-swimmer and have come to realise ALL swimming googles eventually lose their anti-fog film - regardless of the brand and price tag. For best results spray at least 1 hour before swimming, leave to dry, then rinse before swimming. You can also spray goggles just before swimming then rinse, but 1st method increases longevity of anti-fog action. I'm a contact ldnse wearer, and as long as you rinse with clean water after spraying and before swimming, l have no problems with my eyes at all.... Does what it says on the tin ☆

Amazing for all types of lenses!
I used this for my VR headset and although it's made for diving masks it worked amazingly. Instructions tell you to rise thoroughly with water after you apply the spray but instead you can just gently dry it or use a damp cloth if using it on electric devices. Overall, really easy to apply and good value. All you need is a single spray per lense which worked great for me and it should last for a couple hours at least.

Quite good
I found this reduces fog on my swimming goggles temporarily. Doesn't last for very long. Better than nothing 'though.

I Can See Clearly Now The Mist Has Gone
Does what it says on the tube. A little spray and no more misting up - clear vision ahead. One tube lasts a long time so it’s good value for money.

Warning - corneal burns
This is very effective for people wearing protective eyewear working in hospitals etc., but downright dangerous if you ever swish your swimming goggles out with chlorinated water before diving into the pool. I suffered corneal burns that lasted a week and local swimming group members have had similar experiences, I understand. There is no warning on the label. They just say do not swallow (why would you swallow anti-misting spray?). My local swimming pool doesn't allow showers owing to Covid, so you could take a bottle of tap water to swish the goggles out, I suppose, but after hearing the horror stories from other swimming groups, I will never use this product again. The burns I suffered were quite painful and it was an alarming experience. The company assure me they are currently looking into the reaction between the active ingredients and chlorine. In the meantime, there is still no warning and presumably people are still getting burns. Eyesight is very precious. Please think twice before buying this. My local groups recommend Stream2Sea which is non-toxic. If you're a front-line worker and use this for protective masks/goggles, I don't think there is an issue, but it may be wise to check and if you do find anything that is concerning, please flag it up. I think we already have quite enough to deal with in terms of looking after our health. Stay safe everyone.
