These are high quality workout shorts. Obviously, you can wear them for anything, but I wanted some durable workout shorts, and these fit the bill perfectly. They have plenty of pockets, and I like the inner linings. They do fit a little tight, but they are flexible and don’t restrict the workout.

I love these shorts & just find ones the reach or especially go past your knees very unflattering. I bought a black & a gray pair as I like to still look nice & have a coordinated outfit during my runs. These are short but not too much & the hidden pocket will secure heavier items like your phone, though I just use it to store cards & IDs while I hold my phone jogging. I like the material as they are a bit thicker/heavier overall than classic gym shorts which I’d opt for during hot days. I do my runs in the early morning so I’ll use these shorts most of the time throughout the year.

Just went on a run with these on and they worked great. They were comfortable and stayed in place. The only thing keeping it from five stars is my phone moved around a little bit on the inside pocket. However after a little while I was so tired I didnt even notice it.

So I bought these after multiple review search’s and reading list of the best 2 in 1 shorts for running. These were cheap so I decided to take a change on them and I’m glad I did.Let me start with these are short about 5-6 inches in length which was perfect for running. I bought a large and I’m 6 foot 200 lbs. The inner liner feels thick so I was concerned about them not breathing and being hot. That turned out not the case and the material is perfect to keep from chaffing even on my 20 mile run. There is a key ring on the front left side of the waste band, a loop to hold a shirt or towel on the left back side, a regular pocket on the left and a zip pocket on the right side of the shorts. The inner liner has a phone pocket that was big enough to hold my iPhone 13 Pro in a life proof case. So the shorts were built to hold enough stuff for long runs and not have it bounce around.Not for the cons and me being really picky. The zipper pocket on the shorts is right of the liner phone pocket which causes you to care everything on one side of the shorts and my gels rode over my phone which makes the shorts feel lope sided. The string to the shorts tie on the outside instead of the inside like most shorts exposing the string which is super thick compared to most strings in running shorts. Lastly the phone pocket works but it’s a little loose for my liking. I would like it to hold the phone a little tighter against my leg but it still worked well enough for a 20 mile run.Overall I ended up buying 2 more pairs after my test pair so I would say these are worth the money.

These shorts are amazing quality and great for gym use or just every day wear. I love the additional layer underneath the shorts to have that nice and athletic fit. The pockets are a bonus too! Highly recommend this product 10/10
