Great for having it dandy when learning about the teeth

To begin, I am a dental school in the United States of America and have no connection to the company producing this model. This is a fantastic model for demonstrating dental anatomy! It helped me get a 100% score on the Tooth ID Exam my class had to take. The model is not intended to have ideal occlusion - that is what the operative models are intended to do. Because these have anatomically accurate roots that can easily be removed from the gingiva, they cannot be screwed in, making these great for comparing differences in teeth. If you are interested in practicing procedures (direct or indirect restorations), this is not the model for you. Anyone who complains that this model does not have proper embrasures or occlusion just simply do not understand the purpose of this product. It is an excellent price, as well. My professor has one similar which might be a little more accurate, but it costs over $200! This one does a great job to represent tooth anatomy at a reasonable price. I have recommended this model to many of my friends in dental school and I am considering purchasing another!
