Navy Seals Training: BUD/S CLASS 234 [DVD]

As with my review for Joel Lambert's Manhunt.......I also caught this on Youtube. And again......it was highly entertaining. I became quite addicted to this series and watched all episodes on youtube. You will LOVE instructor Patstone........and all the other instructors too. They can be very funny with their comments......and very harsh in delivering them. Their training regime and ethos though, is VERY VERY serious.....VERY VERY TOUGH.....and you are left in NO DOUBT that it does require a tough person to qualify at the end. The training programme itself......is all based on physical fitness.......mental attitude.......and the ability to clearly think and ACT when wet, cold, tired, and physically and mentally totally exhausted and you REFUSE to quit. BUD/s demonstrates the type of character and personality that the instructors look for......and how far a successful Seal trainee can push himself physically and mentally, further than others. If you thought joining the Navy Seals was just about being a good swimmer........watch BUD/s 234.........it will adjust your perception. VERY HIGHLY recommended piece of creative and entertaining TV.

Along with the book ( not the film) of Lone Survivor this DVD gives a great insight into the increbible selection process and the personal strength of character one needs to be one of these elite warriors.

Great insight into one of the best military units in the world. I know Discovery didnt show everything, but from what I've read online and in the books, BUD/S is much more painful and intense.

Ive been looking for this for a long time, the basic under water demolition is a basic insight to what are the trainings of a navyseal

Quite simply a brilliant high quality documentary thoroughly enjoyed watching it and will be watching again soon I imagine.
