Exactly what I was looking for.
I just wanted a simple journal to keep record of my workout progress and this journal is perfect. Great price as well.

All of the log pages are upside down
It seems like quality material, except all but one of the workout log pages were bound upside down. The calendar, tracking, and goals pages were bound correctly, so I’m not sure what happened during the making of this particular unit. I’ll change this from 1 to 5 stars if I receive a replacement free of charge because it does seem like quality material.
