needed something for my back. I have back pain and this helped me when I had to do any type of lifting. I wear a size 28/30 and have a big stomach at the bottom and this still fit perfect. would high reccomend to the SSBBW that need back support.

It fit but it kept coming loose

I've tried to wear this a few times but I don't know yet if I'm putting on correctly or what. It takes a little of the pain away, but the pain is still there. It also slips up when I move, and I keep having to pull it down, so I don't know if I'm using it right.

I got this to help my back so I can take the dogs for walks. I’m little over 6’ and well over 400lbs. It really helped my back. It’s not a weight lifting belt it’s not really heavy duty but it’s very comfortable to wear and you can’t see it under my shirt. I wear it for walks and backyard work like mulch and trimming branches. I really notice it helped me stay active longer. I’m down 50lb and I think this belt helped me be able to do the work. It’s not a miracle but I could notice the difference wearing it. Buy one for a guy you love cuz his back will thank you

The lower back support is not what I was hoping for
