I was sold this item at discount for test and review on Amazon.I gave this a good long trial to get a sound feeling for this tape. I have suffered Carpal Tunnel and Tennis elbow since having discs removed from my neck. This tape arrived in fast time a credit to the company, and was well packaged. It also came with a sheet with diagrams on how to use and apply for a great variety of places on the body, this I thought was really good as it guides you in correct application and use, im sure there are similar products out there that may not come with diagrams. After reading and determining where and how I needed to use it I went about application. Verysimple process for my needs, just measure the lengths required, using the backing of the tape as it has squares that act as the measurement 1square= 1cm with the 5cm line in bold Black lines, then with ordinary scissors cut along the line and then peel off backing and then apply to area of body needed following instructions if stated ie bend arm to 90 degree angle for application. Simple. After a while I had noticed a lessened level of pain indeed, I cant explain it but it helped in reducing the pain I was suffering. It didnt stop it entirely but an improvement for me was as good as a cure. Having the relief was long awaited and needed. I still use it regularly particularly on bad days and wear it for a couple of days at a time often. It is quite comfortable and not noticeable under clothing. What else makes this exceptional is that the sticky side of the tape is a good quality as it doesnt rip all of your hair out when removing and also the gungy lines you get like with plasters on skin washed off really easily, shows the people behind this really gave it a lot of thought regarding its benefits and use etc. I definitely reccomend this product especially for those with sports or repetative strain problems, it is so worth giving it a go. I was hugely sceptical about how a bit of tape can help yet I was truly and greatly surprised by the difference it makes. Its something I will be buying again and again knowing my aches and pains lol

Liked that the adhesive was strong so stuck well to the skin.

The tape helped my knee pain but found the ends didn’t stick down very well .

My husband and I were using this tape couple of times now and it is amazing. I read the comments before and was a bit worry that will not work properly but give it a go as is quite cheap compared to others. And I was not disappointed at all. Works perfectly. I watched couple of moves of how to apply the tape to make sure it will not peel off too quick and it stayed there once applied all the time! Have a shower with it as well and nothing happens. We are very satisfied and will definitely buy again as gives us amazing support. Did not have any reaction for wearing it for few days. Highly recommend!

This tape looked good but on application did not have the usual stickiness that I would have expected. I bought it to match the t shirt on a charity walk but it was not as effective as I had hoped. Usually I would have to wet the area to rip off the tape but this was buckling and canned off really easily. I guess you get what you pay for.

It does the job. It stays on very well—better than other brands I have tried, which loosen once I work up a sweat. Really useful for easing the pain of muscle strains and preventing further injury. If you have a muscle strain or sprain but you still need to keep moving, this is great for making sure you at least don't make it any worse. Loads of videos on youtube to show you how to tape up different muscles. Often better than a brace or similar as you can target the specific muscle that is the problem.

Very good, stays stuck and provides great support if skin not wet or oily.I bought a cheaper version but barely stuck, was too thin & too much stretch and so no support, so went back to this, great product.

Didn't see anyone else who is trans lave a review so I'll be the first. It's a good product, ordered it because it's cheaper than 50 pound shipping to the UK on another website so I had to go DIY on binding. Decent. The width is bad however. I wish there was an option for 5 inch width for better "pain relief" as people have put it.I feel good it's not pinching if you put it on right, material you can feel is a bit cheap but if you put on a few pieces that doesn't matter. Bind safe out there.

Tape is dun en niet rekbaar als échte/goede kinesiotape. Aangebracht op schone en droge knie, maar liet na een kwartier sporten al los.

La verdad es la primera vez que uso algo de este tipo, pienso que falta algo de elasticidad y de adherencia.
