Letters fell out after one wash not sure if it’s sometime I did wrong ?

Fell off during wash
I washed my denim jacket at 30°c for the first time about 6 weeks after placing these onto the jacket. They fell off because the adhesive had melted and yet left some of the adhesive on the jacket, leaving quite a job to remove the rest of it.

It was a good selection ish
I like the selection I received but I didn't rate getting so many numbers, it felt like there were loads of them and I would have much preferred to have had more of the others, but overall I'm happy they are good quality, I can't speak to the adhesive on them as I have only stiched them on, but it seems the same as other patches I've bought in the past. The pictures show the exact ones I received and the quantity.
