Will the faucet stay in spray mode with out having to hold the button in position. In other words can you use the spray function hands free?

no, the spray function is used by pressing the button on the nozzle and directing it at a dish to clean the particles off in a sweeping motion.

Where can I purchase a duplicate soap dispenser? I want one for hand soap and one for dish soap and I want them to match.

I was able to find another one that is similar. It doesn't match exactly, but most people don't notice. I am not positive where I got it, but I think it was either on Amazon, or local hardware store.
