Very uncomfortable and more uncomfortable on sitting expecially on a car. I used it for a day from 9 to 4pm. One of ends/ edges (where the elastic band meets the hook strip) was asymetrical and not secured properly due to which the thread collapsed on streaching resulting the tiny elastic string to fall off and hang loose. Not recommended.
