This is my second I5 Inse stick vacuum cleaner . This little machine is not perfect but it is affordable and very easy to use . I worked for years in a vacuum cleaner repair shop , fixing from high end commercial vacuum cleaners to affordable little things like this one . Of course , the I5 Stick is a hard floor tool , not intended for carpet cleaning or heavy duty so if you use it that way , you shouldn't have any problems , the cord is long and thin and if you are right handed , keep the cord in front of you , holding it with your left hand so it doesn't get in the way . The noise is very low due to the foam wrapping around the motor but this will eventually get clogged with dust causing the motor to overheat so it's not a bad idea to have it removed albeit the noise level may go up a notch . The head is basically useless , instead of wheels , it comes with some sort of brush that pushes dirt in front of it keeping the head from catching it ( EZ Spares has a 10" grey and blue little head which fits the machine perfectly ) at least that's what I put in each of mine . Unfortunately the tabs that hold in place the release of the dust bin lid of the second machine that I purchased came broken from the factory ( it probably cracked during assembly ) but these people have a very fast , responsive and courteous customer service and they refunded my money with no hesitation . On a personal note , I have to thank Sandy , from Inse Customer Service , who handled my claim so gracefully and helped me with the refunding process . I would recommend this product to anyone with hard floors .

This is a great little vacuum! It’s lightweight and easy to use! Works well on my ceramic tile so I don’t need a broom to pick up dirt and spills! Great suction! So easy to put together! It took less than 5 minutes! I highly recommend this product for cleaning! So happy I got it!!

Works so nice! Didn’t expect it to pick up the amount of lint and dirt but it passes my expectations and for the price is a win win. The cord is also long enough for a good size room.

I'm a small girl so I hate heavy vacuum cleaners that make the chore more daunting than it is. This one is lightweight and is easily maneuvered to the direction I want.

It works well and is very light to use. I got it to use it for my stairs but ended up using it for the whole house. Its was very easy to get all pieces together. The cup where first collects is transparent so come to know easily that the vacuum does a good job as it was full of dirt. It’s not loud and has long cable.

My husband uses this on our vehicles it works almost as good as the ones at the car wash this is truly a great investment

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this vacuum for a smaller room ,it very lightly ,and easy lift clean curtain ,Its power better than 15.you don’t need put another brush on main hole if u also can’t let them stay on .

Handheld vacuums as a whole can prove to be very underwhelming, but have admittedly gotten better over the years. This specific model handles the task needed and with relative ease of effort. There are two modes in which you can switch between harder surfaces such as tile, to softer like carpet. I can appreciate the attachments that come with, but the way it is attached to the metal pole is less than desired. I found myself accidentally knocking them off on more than one occasion. Empty the collected dust and debris is as simple as unlatching the holder, but putting it back all together proved to be interesting. There is a strange stiffness that causes the dust collector and the poles to not be perfectly flush. The vacuum is very light so even small children can use it with ease!
