Does it job, there's cheaper alternatives, I've only bought this because Amazon warehouse had 3 packs of these for <£10.

Good. They do help keep the coffee machine in good order. But VERY expensive for what they are.
The work. It helps keep the coffee machine in good order. Please remember that these are not a substitute for descaling/de-calcing, the 'cleans' are in addition.However, for what they are they are expensive. A necessary 'evil' unless you want to change your coffee machine every couple of years or so (or much less if you also do not descale and live in a hard water area).
