Shipped & received promptly. Packaged well. I bought two sets and all arrived intact.A couple very minor blemishes...one large plate had a sort of very tiny "dent", one bowlhad a very small ceramic bubble type of protrusion. They are apparently hand crafted,so not totally unexpected. These are not very noticeable at all, just fyi for perfectionists.I bought the california teal. I was hoping that the color was more of a turquoise like inthe product pics 1 & 2 showing the whole set of dishes. However, they are closer to a blue,like the product pic with the pasta in the bowl and like some reviewer's pics. Still a nicecolor, but not really what I was wanting, but will keep vs hassle of returning. I wish Ibought the sage green. When I inevitably break several pieces over time I will donateto goodwill & get something different. Just received them and haven't used them yet.Cannot comment on durability at this time.

I bought these in green as a mother's day present to myself! Super nice and didn't have any imperfections in the coloring. There are some differences/waves in the sides, but this is to be expected with handmade ceramic! Plan on buying a second set soon!

Love the dishwater set and the colors. Like having a pasta bowl which doubles as a great salad bowl.

I bought a couple sets of these dishes as I needed plates off of which no narcissist had ever eaten, and so I chose pink to entirely please myself.These plates and bowls are delightful! I cannot stop looking at the color, which is like a pale, creamy strawberry milkshake and also reminds me of the speckled malted milk eggs at Easter time. The color is *almost* neutral, but, like, neutral with a Pink Wink. The lines of the dishes’ design are also pleasing—classic and clean and modern all at the same time, luxurious but in an earthy way.The pasta bowls are an awesome addition to the set! Pasta bowls are my favorite type of dish from which to eat, and it’s so cool that they are included. Also, it’s a fun opportunity to search for some coordinating-but-not-matching salad-sized plates.I ordered the matching mugs as well and love those too. All of the sets were packaged to the max by the manufacturer, with all recyclable cardboard. A human would have to be deliberately destructive somewhere along a shipping journey for the dishes to be damaged, but I suppose it’s possible. Weirdly, Amazon put the sets in the Amazon boxes with no paper or air pocket thingys to keep the original boxes from bouncing around when they shipped from Amazon. That seemed weird to me as I’ve received totally non-breakable, non-fragile items from Amazon packed tightly against damage for no apparent reason. Still, the dishes survived that perilous part of their journey just fine.I do think that a satisfied owner of these dishes has to like ceramics. The pieces are heavy-ish like stoneware (but not too heavy) and are not slick and glossy (like Correll dishes are, or fine China). In my opinion, these dishes are “matte” and a little scrapey-sounding, which took a couple of days to get used to. Also, I can see slight variations in each piece, which is what I love about ceramics, but I do know people—in tightly controlled, gray, uniformity-in-all-things types of lives—who could not live with that organic feel.

Absolutely love this set. There are the perfect size for all my family's favorite meals. They are pretty sturdy so far, however we have noticed our silverware leaves marks on the bowls. They also make a loud screeching sound when trying to scrape all the food out. Love the style and size but wish they were less noisy and resistant to scratching.

These dishes are sturdy and beautiful - AND dishwasher safe! Highly recommend 👍
