200 parchment paper sheets are terrific and the seller is also very responsiveso 5 stars for all of thatthe issue I had was the cellophane that the paper is packed in.First batch came all ripped up from transit. The bag and the parchment were both damaged.I reached out to the seller who was already aware of this issue and said that they're actually going to be packing these in a new heavier paper type box vs the cellophane but they're waiting on the supply chain.Once the packaging is in order this will be perfect. Right now in order to store these you either have to find a way to preserve the delicate cellophane or gently roll them? I don't have a solution or a box for them to preserve the paper integrity and keep them neat and cleanThey're big enough to wrap fish or whatever you want to do to line a dish or an excalibur dehydrator traySo I'm hoping the new/updated PAPER envelope package will be released soon for everyones sake!

As long as I'll be using my dehydrator, I will continue to buy these quality products (as long as the price is right that is) makes things so much more easy - life is good

They are perfect and makes cleanup easier! I Bought them for my grandson! He uses them in his dehydrator when he makes jerky!

I'm not sure why, but the product listing and subsequent packaging are much more confusing than they should be. It's not clear to me what "9&5 tray paper liners" are, but know that these sheets are roughly 14.25"x14.25" - not 9"x5" as the name might suggest. The product materials are also listed as Polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon/PTFE) and silicone, however the product is clearly a coated parchment-style paper. The packaging states "Silicone Sheets", while the Product Description describes it as "all natural parchment... NO teflon... No Chemicals." Without lab testing, I can't say for certain, but these do *feel* like silicone-coated parchment, so it might help to clean-up the product listing to better reflect this. If I believed teflon was in fact used, they'd go straight in the trash. For those concerned about exposure to PTFE in the food supply, this really should be abundantly clear.All that said, the sheets fit my locker-style dehydrator perfectly and are great for minimizing clean-up of all the wire racks without sacrificing airflow. They are clearly paper and, as such, single use, but are coated to accommodate wet items without paper sticking to your final product.Beyond the dehydrator, I think it will be nice having precut sheets for baking after I confirm they will perform as expected. I really do wish they were more clear with the manufacture and usage applications.A little pricey for the pack, imo, but you do get 200 pre-cut sheets so the stack will last the casual dehydrator/baker a good while.

Thought I would try these, but had no idea I was going to receive literally rip off. The sheets came open as somebody had just returned them. Unrolled falling out of the plastic bag that was already open as well. Where is the quality control at???

Makes clean up effortless. I use these for beef jerky. Doesn't affect the drying times at all. Jerky is evenly dry on all sides.
