NYX COSMETICS HAUTE JERSEY LEOPARD COUTURE Makeup Kit, Makeup Palette Set S120

I have bought this palette from a very well known high street store a few months back. I was instantly drawn to it, shiny gold leopard pattern, such a beauty! I opened it and saw all these marvellous purples and greys, excellent for smokey eyes. Unfortunately, they didn't have testers, but having heard (and read) so many wonderful things about NYX makeup, I decided to jump on the bandwagon and purchased the palette. What I also really liked, is that apart from a foundation, everything else is there, 2 blushes, 2 lipglosses, 3 bronzers... Now comes the worst part. The attempted "humour" on top of the mirror (inside the palette) is soooo cheesy, it almost causes indigestion. And although the colours are beautiful, the colour payoff is absolutely cr**. You really need to layer on the eyeshadow with a spade to have any colour payoff. They are blendable, but you risk to completely dust off the colour when blending. Ridiculous! The lipglosses are so sticky, I was battling my hair when it was windy, as it kept on sticking to my mouth, but hey, they do smell nice. Overall, if I was a 15 year old girl (which I'm not), I'll probably be happy with it, as it's quite tacky (apologies to all 15 year old girls ;))but as I'm not, I would NOT recommend this to anyone, it's a sh** product.Note: This review is for the Nyx Haute Jersey Leopard Couture Kit only. I love this. It comes like a little book with eye shadows and bronzes and blushes, it's very cute. I use it all the time, the lip gloss is perfect and can be used on any skin tone. Best thing I bought.
