One comment I have for everyone the Teflon tape is not needed in fact it will cause the threads to leak if you use it. The seal is done by the rubber seat so if water gets past that the Teflon tape will not work because of the course plastic threads. Teflon is great for fine metal threads but in this case the rubber seat is what makes the seal. The hose itself is GREAT and seems to work well so far with no leaks and is extremely flexible and long.

It's been working good. The finish looks good, it comes in a few other sizes as well if I remember right. No problem with fit, has good flex without distorting the tubing.

I have used this quite a few times and have had no issues with it. It is very flexible and easy to use. I am glad I got the longer 79 inch hose since I use it for bathing my dogs. It reaches around and under them so I don't have to keep moving them!

This hose replaced the original hose that came with the shower head. It is thankfully longer so I can reach farther. My shower head it high and need to be able to reach farther than the original hose. This hose bends better than plastic hoses. I am not certain if it is my installation or if it is the hose but I have a slight leak at the end connecting to the shower water input.

Perfect replacement at a good price for any shower head hose. Hose seems to be well made and will hopefully hold up for years to come.

6 month review: item worked fine for 6 months then it started leaking from the neck. I confirmed it wasn’t from the lack of tape or from the showerhead itself, and the leak is happening at the neck of this extension. Poor quality, only lasted 6 months. Steer clear of this product.

I had issues with this hose; it leaked upon installation at one end. I was able to seal it with washers I had on hand and a little silicone adhesive, but the surfaces on the hose itself were not well polished and the plate was not quite wide enough to seat well. My fittings are typical for American equipment. Quality is otherwise acceptable, so I won't be returning this.

As described and definitely recommend. This is my 2nd purchase of this item, just different length and finish. Had the 1st one for well over 2 years, no rust, no leaks, no complaints. This is something that makes my life easier when cleaning the tub/shower, having longer length allows me to reach in all the corners of the area without having water splashing all over. The hose is not stiff and able to flex in any direction. The original (plastic) hose that came with my shower handheld was so stiff and only had one shape, u-shaped from hanging all the time, which was annoying. Like the small amount of plumbers tape that comes with it, should you need it, very convenient! Must say the cost has gone up a few dollars since last purchase, but still worth the cost. The length was exact. The color finish was adequate, more steel than nickel, but matched my finishes close enough. Pleased.
