These are excellent value for money. They do the job, and I also use them for shearing off the outer stem of cuttings so that rooting powder works better. They are razor sharp enough to effortlessly take to outer husk off even soft stems. A great buy.

Perfect for dead heading tiny flowers like aubretia, viola or campanula to encourage more flowering. Pointy and precise but more comfortable to use than scissors, so great for getting into tight spaces without chopping off bits by mistake! 🌼

Arrived very quickly, trimmers are very sharp and can be locked for safety. The packaging is minimal which is nice on the eco front - the blades seemed to slide against eachother good and clearly come pre-lubed with some sort of grease.Been using on indoor & outdoor plants and works great from think tiny branches to some rather thicker ones due to how sharp they are.

Great fruit shears! They are super sharp. They come in a well protected box, but it doesn't have any carrying holder or anything which is a shame, but they cut very nicely and the grip is not only comfortable but smooth to squeeze. For something calling itself basic, I think the build quality is great, and at its current price of £9.28 is very fair value in my opinion. Happy with them and recommend them to anyone who cuts a lot of fruit from their berry bushes, although it's good enough for regular pruning in my opinion.

I needed a shears for trimming indoor plants and I find Amazon Basics Straight Fruit Shears is doing a great job. It is well made and has a solid structure. It has some weight but not too heavy for comfortable hold and cut. The rubbery handles has a great grip. It cuts quickly and neatly. The safety lock is easy to open and close.
