As a dress up outfit it was disappointing. Perhaps it is of some use with its pool side aspect - (not sure of the swimming safety if they try entering water with the tail fin). Only two piece outfit delivered (no pants) so was therefore not matching description and fortunately I was able to return it easily.Completely underwhelming outfit. Very scrappy top. My daughter is still mad keen on mermaid type things but she was as unimpressed as I about this one.
