Jabra Stealth UC-M Bluetooth Headset for PC laptop softphone and smartphone, Black, Charcoal

Took me a while to find a microphone compatible with Zoom - teaching yoga online - being 3 meters away from the Mac computer screen. The sound is perfect, It is light, it fits comfortable and doesn't fall off my ear when I am laying on my back.

Have been using over ears for ages, unfortunately my work laptop doesn’t allow for Bluetooth so need a headset with a dongle. Was worried only one ear would not work in a busy environment, but the quality has been amazing and the ear piece is so light weight most days I put on in the morning when I log on and take off when finishing up for the day. You can still have a normal conversation, but now you never miss a call.

I will like to return this product but unfortunately I don't find the box

Have been using this for 4 months linked to my iPhone 6S and lync on my laptop. Connected first time to both and have had no problems with it working in my home office. Comfortable fit and acoustics are fine, I can hear them, they can hear me. 2 small issues - on every call after approx first 5 mins there is some crackling which lasts for about 20 secs. and then goes. It occurs again 60 mins later for about 20 secs. Unsure what causes this but I can still hear ok. other issue occurs in the car, whilst on a call it works fine, but when I come off a call it has started to constantly say mobile connected, mobile disconnected. I generally don't make calls while driving but this is annoying. I would recommend the headset for office use and would buy it again.

I have previously owned a number of jabra products, starting back in the day of the JX10 and have always found their Bluetooth headsets very reliable. However, I have always had problems with PC Bluetooth connections in general and so took the leap to buy the Jabra Stealth UC-M with it’s USB dongle for PC Skype use. The dongle itself works very well, connecting to the earpiece and automatically changing skype sound settings to use the dongle Bluetooth connection. However the earpiece is awful, starting with the connections that constantly drop and then reconnect immediately, the voice message“ PC disconnected, PC connected”, or “mobile disconnected, mobile connected” happen multiple times through the day. The volume on the earpiece is too low for listening to music or watching videos on any mobile device and I found the fit not to be too great, either painful or too loose.Overall, I’m very disappointed and expected a much better product from Jabra.

The sound quality is fantastic on this and the device is comfortable. The only small issue I had was when I used the USB dongle in a PC USB port, it was quite a tight fit and upon pulling it out, the metal part of the dongle came apart. I don't need that anymore since i have another bluetooth dongle in that PC now.

Fantastic quality; the sound is crisp and clear. The only drawback is no possibility of adjusting volume on the device itself, you have to use controls on your phone.

Highly recommended.
