I’ve been following Mr T on Twitter for a while, and have always found his tips useful. To have them all in one place now has made my ECT journey (which is about to begin) feel like a breeze. It covers everything, and if it doesn’t, Mr T himself is one of the most actively supporting Twitter users I’ve ever come across!

Delightfully informal, Mr T shares his wealth of knowledge of teaching.From this book, it becomes clear that he is a primary school teacher and there are parts of the book that are irrelevant to me as a secondary ECT, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.The chapters are thoughtfully written and ordered in a logical way, and the content is high quality and real.Thanks, Mr T 🥰

I've just started chapter 2 and have already learnt so much from this book. It is split into sections making reading and finding specific details easy. There are real life experiences and messages from ECTs making it relatable. Definitely worth purchasing if you are an ECT like me!
