Nice and stable walker for my mother who "doesn't need a walker". I picked this one for the large wheels and the fact that the strap can flip around so a person could possibly be pushed front facing like a wheel chair if necessary. It was easy to put together and easily folds up to put in the car. She walks much better since she doesn't have to look down as much...even though she "doesn't need a walker".Update 6/11/23: My 91 year old Mom used this today and sat on it for the first time. (She has only used it a few times when she walked to my brother's car and back to her apartment on Sundays.) Yep, the strap broke and she tumbled back and hit the back of her head. It looked like the strap wasn't ever attached inside the sleeve. Piece of JUNK. I'll be contacting the company tomorrow and will update.Update 6/14/23: I contacted the seller and they made it right (although my mother still has a knot on the back of her head). I would not recommend this walker due to my experience, but if you purchase it and get a lemon, the company did respond quickly and responsibly. Thank you to the seller for that.

My backstrap broke also. I superglued it back on. Haven't had a problem since.

Received pretty quick,took my time and put it together pretty easily. I used it inside and outside for almost a week, and really thought it was a great product for the price. Until the left side brake /lock broke.

Very heave, back strap broke the first time I scooted back to it. Luckily, I had someone behind me as I kept myself from falling out backwards. Should have checked the reviews. I will be returning it as there is no way to fix the strap.

I have to use a walker with a seat when I go anywhere. I don’t get out often. I have the Simgoal US walker with seat. I was at the store. Did some walking and sat down to rest. Next thing I know I’m dropped on the concrete floor.. was a hard drop. The walker had broke in half. Literally in Half. Employees and customers helped me up as I can’t get up by myself. Got a chair for me and a cane. They were able to get me to the .car.Good people. Got bruises on my buttocks ,hand ,stomach. I hit hard. I been having headaches also.l tried to reach out to Simgoal USbut no luck. Well now they are back on Amazon selling the Simgoal US walker with seat new September 23..I bought mine February 23 so it was warranted. Why can’t Amazon tell them what happened. Or tell me away to reach them. They should honor the warranty

This walker feels very sturdy and I trust it will help me get around so I will stop limiting my quality of life. Thank you.

Just a little clearer instructions would be helpful. More written and less photos.

Brake handle broke after 2 weeks of use. Need replacement parts and have not had any response.
