Very bad product and it’s not working. They are delivering very old stock. The manufacturing year is 2021. Very very disappointed

Rating achi ni thi iski to main lene se pehle daar rahi thi. Manufacturing date 2021 ki hai product par. Par product bht ache se kaam kar raha hai. Battery (AAA cell) jo ayi thi vo meri bhi khrab ayi. Par 20 rp ki battery ke lia product ko galat to ni keh sakte. Epilator aur trimmer dono sahi chal rahe hai. Aur 1999 may mila mjhe ye product.

Item doesnt work
I ordered it twice,first time i recieved a broken cell and spoiled manual so i returned,didnt plugged it in,second time i ordered and received a similar defective product so i thought lets try the epilator first but it didnt even start,the worst product i recieved so far

Battery is defective. Product was not working initially has some wire issues.
Initially epilator was not working. Then started working. Adapter wire was loose. Received damaged battery as si many people also received. It is very dissappointing that there are quality issues from this reputed company Braun. And more Dissappointing is that Amazon is selling this product without resolving the quality issues of this product. I don't know when will this product stop working. Good thing is there is 2 year warranty on this Product. So righ now I am keeping this epilator.

Worst product, fooling customers
Worst product, fooling people. Gave an old 2021 product with damaged cell, cord looked old and the epilator did not work even for a second. Why are you fooling people by giving them old and defective product???

Best upgrade ever!
I started epilating my legs around 6 years ago for environmental purposes and just accepted that I would never have ‘smooth’ legs and that I would need a glass of wine every time I epilated to deal with the pain. Fast forward to today, my epilator died so I bought this one as a replacement and wow wee, what a great decision. Not only are my legs ACTUALLY SMOOTH but it doesn’t even hurt!! And no strawberry legs! I’ve only used it on my legs but this has been life changing.

Je l'ai acheté car mon ancien modèle très similaire est en panne. J'était contente de voir qu'il y avait un éclairage, mais au final celui-ci dérange. Il éclaire devant la zone sur laquelle on travaille, et on ne voit rien à l'endroit ou le rouleau passe.... en plus ça éblouit au bout d'un moment et on ne peut plus rien contrôler de ce que l'on a fait...
