Better than expected
I am pleasantly surprised by this cage. I purchased the larger one. I have a Lionlop bunny. He is on the smaller side. The metal is solid. The doors shut nicely, quietly. The locks are easy to handle and lock easily. The ramps and smaller plastic ledges lock into the side of the metal cage. I haven’t had any issues so far. They seem sturdy. The cloth seems to be easy to remove and clean when needed. My bunny may chew them, I’m expecting that. Hopefully there’s a way to replace them. The box was damaged upon arrival. The cardboard was very thin, it came apart easily. However, nothing was damaged and everything else was packaged really well. Instructions were fine. I put it together myself in less than an hour. The pull out tray is extremely helpful. My only two complaints: the opening on the top level (to go down to the plastic ledge) is small for a rabbit. My small rabbit has to duck down to get through. I could see this being an issue for a medium/large rabbit. If you are handy, you could cut the hole bigger by snipping a couple of the wires. So, a problem but it’s fixable. My other complaint is the flooring. I had to make adjustments. It was too far apart for my bunny. It would definitely make his feet sore and they fell through. So I put metal hardware cloth down and folded the edges under. It works well and didn’t take too long. They sell plastic floor covers on here that would work. I wanted something he wouldn’t chew on. So, overall two fixable complaints. Other than that, it’s perfect. I plan on purchasing another one. I recommend it if you’re looking for a small animal cage.My bunny enjoys this when he’s inside. He has a whole outside area to run in too.

Great for the price
This cage is very good for the price. It comes with two platforms and covers that are easily removable to be washed. It's surprisingly very durable. I would recommend buying a mat for each layer due to the bottoms being wire. It comes with a small shelf at the bottom which is useful for putting treats and blankets that I use in the cage. The only problem I had was although it comes with instructions none of the pieces are labeled. Once I sorted all the pieces out it was relatively ease to assemble from there.

WORKS FOR ME
this hutch, which I use indoors. Works well. There's enough room for my bunny to move freely. The only "complaint" I have is that I wish the bottom tray was a bit deeper. Her hay piles up along the front side and when I remove the bottom tray it gets stuck so I have to put my hand (gloved of course) and spread it around.

Assembly was a nightmare for me.
I bought this cage for my two guinea pigs. The cage itself is very sturdy and nice-looking. The assembly was a problem for me. I laid out and labeled all the parts before starting. No matter how many times I watched the video, when I tried to attach the top cage to the bottom cage, something was wrong. I ran out of the large screws and had to order more. I had several of the smaller screws left over with no place to put them. I solved the problem by attaching the top cage to the bottom one with extra heavy duty zip ties, so it will be functional. However, this cage really isn't the best structure for them. They have tiny feet and the space between the bars is too large. Also the space between the top and bottom is about 22 inches, and piggies are not big climbers; they are more foragers, so I didn't think that through very well. The cage is probably more appropriate for ferrets, rats, etc. All of that said, beware of the assembly issue. There are other cages that would be easier to put together.

Poorly made and kinda dangerous
As far as the building it was pretty easy. The holes don’t really line up at all. After building the top frame and attaching it to the bottom that’s where things went sideways. There are threaded sleeves for the screws to go in, three of the four came loose and I couldn’t get them tight. I can’t unscrew them either. The tray is so warped that I falls out of the grooves. We put our bunny in the cage and his feet immediately started going between the bars and punched out the tray. I’m afraid his leg will get stuck and really hurt himself. I cannot in anyway recommend this cage, keep looking, I know I am.

Cage
I love it it’s easy to assemble it’s worth your money I would recommend buying it because your animals will have a separate place to use the bathroom and there not stepping on it and or laying in it it is plenty big enough for 2 it’s very easy to clean and it’s not supper heavy and the appearance is nice
