Brilliant Real Food
Fabulous real food. I used Cambridge/1:1 since 1988. Shake the weight is much better. I stick to my other products during the day easily because I know in the evening I am getting a real delicious meal. Lost 11 lbs this week

Great value
Great value for the RSP, high standards of ingredients and very quick and easy to prepare, just had rice, pasta or vegetables for a substantial meal. Not having to refrigerate or freeze is an added bonus. 100% recommended.

Oh dear.
What has happened? I used to love these meals. Yes they were overpriced but worth the odd treat. My last meals were bland and watery. So disappointed. Sorry but I won't buy these again. Will stick to supermarket low calorie ready meals.
