Misleading Pictures
The actual crystal chips are great for what I wanted them for so happy with them overall. However, the listing picture shows the chips set out in 8 different compartments in the plastic box which is totally misleading as the item DOESN'T come with a segmented box. The chips are packaged in small plastic bags which I expected to lift out and see the box divider partitions underneath. Nope! Nothing. Although the chips were good for what I needed them for, I've only given 1 star because I don't like it when sellers try to deceive with pictures.

Lacking colour and Segments
Misleading. The tiny chips have much less colour than shown especially the rose quartz looks more like dirty clear quartz pieces. Also the compartments shown in the pictures are not what you receive. I’ve bought much better sets on Amazon for a similar price and I’ll likely return these for another set with compartments and better colours.
