VT007 Vibration Plate Exercise Machine - High Frequency, Low Amplitude | Muscles, Bones and Nerves Training | Blood and Lymph Circulation Improvement

I did a several week test of this unit versus a Power Plate unit that cost over 3 times as much and decided to keep this unit. The Power Plate has the advantage of moving in another plane , but this unit allows me to change the vibration frequency and allows me to set the workout limit that I want. The Power Plate unit limits the workout time to 30 or 60 seconds before you have to reset it. This VT1007 comes with a 90 day return windows and has a warranty 10 years. The Power Plate has a warranty of 1 year. The VT1007 is lighter and easier to move around. I have been using the VT1007 for about a month and am very happy with the construction of the unit and the ease of using the unit. I can change the frequency from 15HZ to (i believe) over 40HZ. The Power Plate has a fixed 35hz frequency. The VT1007 provides nearly all of the functionality of the Power Plate personal for a fraction of the price. I am very happy with this device and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love this machine! First of all it was shipped quickly with very secure packaging. Then, I received a welcome email from Jay the company owner/inventor. Very nice touch. The warranty is awesome with free parts if something fails + there is an impressive amount of info re how to use & benefits from using on seller’s web page. The VT007 is very well constructed which is impressive. It is also quite easy to use with minimal controls. A button to control the Hz, another to set the amplitude. It’s set automatically for a ten minutes which can be changed & there are other programs that can be used + it has a nice wide platform. You get full vibration no matter where you stand unlike the oscillating vibe machines where vibration amount depends upon where you stand You really feel like you have had an intense workout using the highest amplitude. I can’t address results much yet as I’ve only had it less than two weeks , but I can say that I’m starting to notice less pain in that short time & when I bend over my finger tips can now reach the floor when before they were about two inches above it. meaning my flexibility has already increased.. I use it twice a day both times doing 10 min standing (knees slightly bent) and 10 min sitting to make sure I’m getting a full workout on upper body. I found an easy way to sit on it so that it isn’t a problem getting down/up. I have an 11 in high metal stool with a top measure of 11 x 14. I put the VT on top & that’s high enough for easy access. I also use it by a wall for balance if needed. I’m looking forward to what develops from continued use!! I’ll try to remember to update later after using it for a while. Update: I cut down my use to once a day but still using it for 10 min standing & 10 min sitting. Every other day I do exercises for upper body using heavy bands & then do squats, calf raises & dead lifts. My muscles seem to respond better when exposed to the vibration. I feel I'm getting stronger in all areas of my body, getting more limber & still having less pain. I'm also still losing weight. I know it's great for lymph drainage & blood circulation & I feel great after using. I want to say too that this company has the most awesome customer service I've ever encountered, I had a problem with the control box. I emailed the company on a Sunday at 8PM & before an hr went by, Jay had emailed me with an apology & noted that he had just placed an order for a new control box to be shipped by Fed EX express- 2 day ship & no charge for either the part or the shipping. I had a new control box by Wednesday. Seriously, you can't go wrong dealing with this awesome company!

Stop reading this and buy this vibration plate NOW! I have had problems for years with a poor lymphatic system. Pitting edema, swollen ankles, legs, armpits, neck. This machine has me seeing my ankles for the first time in I don’t know when. I did a ton of research on all the different kinds of vibration machines and this one ticked all the boxes. It is the safest, quietest, easiest and most efficient one to use out there. It is vertical movement only, which is great for your joints. You barely feel it moving when standing on it. Most doctors recommend a minimum of 36hrz to move your lymphatic fluid and this machine is one of the few that has that option at an affordable price. I love it. Jay is great on customer service. He always responds very quickly and the 10 year warranty is a plus. Despite being quiet, the vibration is very strong. You must use this on a solid, ground floor surface. I was in a pier and beam house when I first got the plate and it did rattle and shake things off nearby shelves if I didn’t have any foam padding under it. Do not use it on upper level floors. It is the first thing I use after flight travel to get rid of swollen ankles. It is a life changer. I am so grateful to this company. Also - I am moving to England and was worried about the voltage and plug situation. Jay quickly answered my questions and even recommended the correct UK powercord to purchase.

This Vibration Plate is truly amazing! i was afraid it wouldnt be powerful enough to be effective or wide enough so that i could spread my feet to feel stable, like the ridiculously priced Power Plate, but there is no issue with either of those concerns. This Plates seems to be beautifully engineered, and super effective. I bought it specifically for lymphatic drainage and from the first use it reduced my edema 60-70%! It is a game changer for me and an incredible deal. Nothing else I tried was nearly as effective. Thank you SO MUCH Mr. Tang for designing this!
