Great product
Love this item . But my first order, I ordered a multi pack and only rec'd one, and the plastic lid was cracked. I reordered and the next package came with no damage. But I love the product, works really well on chapped lips.

Great lip balm BUT...
I was so excited when I found this product, it's amazing and this deal ($18.99 for six) was even better. I ordered 2 which should have been 2 packs of 6 for a total of 12 lip balms. I was completely taken back when my package arrived and I received only 2 individual lip balms. I find it hard to understand how anyone would think it's acceptable to ship only 2 individual lip balms after paying $37.98 plus tax. Completely disappointed.
