This is the nicest and best dandruff/dry itchy scalp shampoo I've ever used. My scalp always needs a dandruff shampoo because it's dry (although my hair gets greasy at the roots) and large flakes can build up at the hairline. This is so, so soothing and I massage it gently into my scalp and I feel good as new. Such a relief. I use it every time. The scent is lovely too with cactus extract, aloe vera and vit E. I don't wash my hair every day so I shampoo twice each time I wash. Massage all over and leave on for couple of minutes which does the trick. It doesn't dry out my hair (which is bleached by hairdressers) or seem to strip out the colour. If I've left my hair a little too long, say a week, before washing, and it's become very itchy, I follow it up with 'H&S Dermax pro Soothing Relief rinse off scalp balm' which is cooling and H&S matching Dermax pro conditioner and my scalp feels lovely again.

Good product, value for money, good size bottle, it cleans and gives shine to my hair. You only need small amount as it is very thick.

I haven't used head and shoulders for years , I was looking for a mild soothing shampoo and conditioner as my scalp was irritated after bleaching my hair. This one caught my eye, read throw the reviews and thought I'd try it. I was so surprised, lathered up really well, no soreness while using , I did use the conditioner along with the shampoo and I have to say my hair was so soft, even after one use my scalp felt soothed and really clean no dry areas. I've kept using this as it's such a good product plus the size of the bottle is such good value for money which is what we all need these days. This is definitely my new brand If you are looking for a mild soothing shampoo this is definitely the one!

Not normally a fan of head and shoulders but this is the exception this new shampoo by head and shoulders the derma sensitive one is excellent
