The quality is low and the taste is not real and regarding the money you pay very expensive

Decreases appetite, especially for sweets
I felt so healthy after taking this. At first it can make you a little gassy, but if this becomes a problem, just decrease the dose. After a week, the gassy side effects are gone and so is any desire to eat sweet food. My overall appetite went down, too. Excellent product.
