Velcro on the belt isn't long enough for me unless I am using it incorrectly. I am getting a pinching sensation so I can use water?

Spraying water to the black silicone pads can make the current more evenly transmitted to your skin, which can achieve better exercise effect and make the exercise process more comfortable. Please use our spray bottle and fill it with clean water, uniform spraying water 2~3 times on the six black silicone pads or wipe silicone pads with clean water before use. Tie the waist belt tightly to your abdomen. These silicone pads must be in close contact with your skin so that signals can be sent to your muscles. If you have any other questions, please contact us, and I will give you satisfactory answers. mbody-store@outlook.com

I lost the instructions and now I don't know how to charge the battery. I can't find any connection port in the control unit. Please help me.

There’s short cable from the Control unit that terminates in a female HDMI port. That connect to both the charging cable and the belt when not charging. That’s how the control unit gets charged.
