This is such a beautiful timepiece! After a couple weeks I have yet to have to adjust the time. It keeps time as well as my other olevs that are quartz movement. The price is great, comfortable for all day wear, perfect size for me and the weight definitely feels on par with much more expensive automatic timepieces. This won't be the last olevs I purchase

I've now purchased about 3 of OLEVS watches.. The fit great.. Band is so easy to ajust. I'm super careful. So I took great care and time on the first OLEVS watch. So it took me about 15 mins. Now about 6 from start to finish.. Don't hesitate due to fitting the band. You get to custom fit it to you. And it's easy...real easy. Best of all. You get to keep the adjusting tool they provide...

I’m updating this review and lowering to one star. Would be zero if possible.Another 2 weeks of owning this junk watch. I’m now having to wind it daily and reset the time. The only reliable feature is that it’s going to stop in the middle of each night. Piece of junk. Don’t buy.This is a beautiful watch but not very reliable timepiece. This is a self winding watch which requires you to wear it 24/7 in order to keep working. i wanted a nice watch which looked good, kept good time, was affordable and a bit nicer.I work a standard M-F, 8-5:00 workweek. I wear my watch daily for work and on RARE occasions after work or weekends if going out. My watch typically sits on the bedroom dresser after work hours and weekends. I've had this watch about 3 weeks now and have had to wind it and reset the watch three times during the time I've had it. If you are not wearing it for more than a day the watch runs down and and comes to a complete stop. You then need to manually wind and reset.This was a concern after reading other reviews. I tried to find the same watch with a quartz movement and battery for this very reason. But this particular watch only comes in a mechanical self winding version. They have ONE other model with a similar look that has a quartz movement with battery. That watch is made in China; this one is made in the USA. This is another factor that convinced me try the self winding mechanical version. Big mistake, I should have looked at other brands and manufacturers. It turns out this was a regrettable impulse buy based on looks but not practical. It is not a reliable timepiece. Lets face it a watch's function is to reliably tell the correct time; if you're not willing to manually wind it and reset the time and dates every Monday morning this is not a practical timepiece. I would NOT buy this again for this reason.

I haven't had much luck with these guys. They build GORGEOUS watches (I go for the more conservative styles), but they don't last. So I'm kind of torn:My dress watches (which I only wear to church or special occasions) just don't seem to last. Well, this one has, so far, but the last one died out right before the warranty expired, and OLEVS wouldn't even respond to my pleas. So beware: they do not honor their warranty!Meanwhile, I have a daily wear (also mechanical), also OLEVS, that still works after a couple of years and an inordinate number of shocks. That's why it's so disappointing to me that the dress watch I wore only on Sundays died on me, and OLEVS wouldn't respond.That's just horrible customer service. Yes, this watch is beautiful, but I cannot in good conscience recommend it. Sorry, guys.

Very nice, but you have to be pretty active to keep it wound.

It's Great better than it looks in Picture but it's not water resistant, not even splash of water, so beware of that
