Disgraceful & Umacceptable
As you can see this lamp base is extremely badly made. I have been attempting to receive a refund aswell as full pre paid postage from this seller. We are back and fourth with messages. I have involved customer service and I I Hooe they will resolve this issue (I have spoken with 3 x customer service agents, I'm hoping this last communication today, with customer service, will resolve this issue. The seller is bad eith communication. Their prolonging the refund, not assisting with pre paid postage for return. This has been 2 weeks of stress and unnecessary lack of empathy. The cheap MDF colour does not even match. The base is not symmetrical as pictured in the amazon description. I am waiting for full prepaid postage and refund from this seller. Who doesn't swim to want to help with this at all. Just stalling the situation with unnecessary meaningless messages. I am soooo drained by this. I have cancelled my prime membership due to the lack of help. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Small, no plug or switch
It's a beautiful lamp but not worth 18.99 it's not very big and not particularly sturdy.It doesn't come with a plug or a switch, just a usb cable.It is very pretty but over priced for what it is.

Exactly what I expected
The media could not be loaded. It’s so lovely for the price. Some people said that the lead is ridiculously short… it’s not any shorter than a regular small bedside light. It didn’t bother me at all. Looks lovely off and created beautiful rainbows around the room when on! The video I took was with the curtains closed but when it’s actually pitch black I bet it will look even better. I look forward to having it on every night before bed.

Not good
Extremely flimsy and not well made. The bulb isn’t a bulb and it doesn’t stay on the same colour it flashes different colours. On description it’s just one colour

Looks nice. Wouldnt use this to light the room but for ambiance it is perfect.
