DeLonghi EN 80.B - Inissia Capsule Coffee Pod Machine - Auto Brew Stop, fast Heat-up, auto Off - 0.8 Liters, 19 Bar - incl. 16 Pods - black

I had reservations about ordering this item after all the negative feedback. I received mine today complete with UK 3 pin plug, 2 manuals that included an English section along with a sample pod pack. I purchased this for a Motorhome, this is not meant to be arrogant but for those who know coffee my go to machine is a Jura J8 that produces excellent coffee. I was very impressed with the results of this small machine and would recommend it.

The product is great but when the item arrived it had the wrong plug on it. I had to cut it off and fit a uk plug on it and run the risk of using it with a voided warranty. I didn’t send it back because I need a coffee. lol

Wish I had read the reviews before purchase. Machine purchased from Amazon UK. The delivered machine was EU standard, fitted with an EU plug. I have cut the plug off and put on a UK plug because I couldn't be bothered to return it, and there is no way I would use it through an adapter. Machine seems great. If it does fail at all, I'm sure to have a fight about warranty being invalid. Additional comment, 20/08/25 Tried to register the machine with Nespresso (and claim the £150 coffee vouchers). This is not possible - machine serial number is not recognised. Nespresso UK do not sell the DeLonghi machine (in the UK the Inissia machines are all made by Krupps. So the Amazon provided machine has no Nespresso warranty. As these machines are purchased from Amazon will Amazon honour the warranty (because quite often they simply try to defer to the product parent company). My previous Nespresso machine was purchased from John Lewis and came with a moulded UK plug with a 10A fuse. The Inissia is rated at 5.75A so the plug need the next fuse up from 5A, i.e 10A.

Nespresso machine was replacing identical one I had been using for several years. I am delighted with it . It came with one pack of (10) coffee pods . It had been advertised as more pods. I like you can buy ( cheaper) compatible pods easily. This model only takes one size cup . It also leaks into tray . However it is easy to use , nice size .

Ideally, it would be made clear in the blurb about the product that the machine comes with an EU plug. As the item is being sold in the UK it would be decent to provide an adaptor at the very least. Sadly I was so excited to buy this that I didn’t read the reviews first or I would have been prepared for all eventualities. Thankfully, we had two EU to UK adaptors at home. The fuse had blown in one and I had a bit of a panic attack thinking the machine was faulty but the second adaptor brought the machine to life. 7 Nespresso pods are included to get you started but you can buy compatible pods easily in most supermarkets. Instructions are simple and with good illustrations. Water leaked out the back the first time I used it, which I’m not used to experiencing with this model previously. If this continues I would likely return it. For £100 I expect a plug socket that is suitable for the country in which I’m buying the item and a leak free experience! Perhaps I’m asking too much! Disappointed but hopefully it will stand the test of time. Due to plug issue I’ve had to deduct stars.

Good old faithful. This is my go to Nespresso machine. I have tried others over the years,but these fantastic machines always deliver an exceptional coffee. The crema is beautiful. Can not fault these machines

Purchased as a Father's Day gift. We've used this no fuss/no frills model before in holiday accommodation and particularly like it's size (compact) and simplicity of use so was the perfect choice for my elderly father.

Delivered quickly and flawlessly. It's obviously basic, being an entry level model, but it works well and brews an excellent coffee. So far, I have tested it only with americano - the Starbucks House Blend tastes just like at Starbucks! Bear in mind that this is the international version, and comes with a non-UAE plug. The instructions are a bit cumbersome (little or no text, just images and diagrams) and require some effort to be deciphered.

Pero de la Marca De’Longhi, y en concreto del Modelo Inissia, es la segunda cafetera que tengo. • Diseño Sencillo y Funcional. Hay otras máquinas con un Diseño más Estrecho y semiautomáticas, pero es una pijada que no va conmigo. Y además las Encarece de forma exagerada. • Yo busco que sea una cafetera Práctica y Duradera. Además, personalmente me gusta más este Modelo: 1. Tiene una Base más Ancha que otras y eso le aporta un Extra de Estabilidad y Robustez. Me recuerda a la forma de una Locomotora de Vapor, vista de frente🚂 2. El Sistema de Introducción/Extracción de las Cápsulas es de Asa. Es Mucho más Práctica, ya que la puedes Sujetar mejor y realizar un menor Esfuerzo que con el Sistema de Palanca presente en los Modelos más Estrechos. 3. Tanto el Depósito de Agua como el de recogida de Cápsulas, tienen buen tamaño y son fáciles de Extraer y Limpiar. 👉 Como he dicho, es la Segunda que compro de esta Marca y Modelo. La Primera fue en 2017 y era de Color Crema. O sea que me ha durado 5 años. Quizás no os parezca mucho, pero si contamos que en mi casa se hacen de media 5 cafés diarios, son: 365d × 5cps. = 1825 cps. al año 1825 CPS × 5 años = 9125 Cápsulas 👉 No había hecho nunca la cuenta, pero son muchos Cafés, con lo que considero que el Precio de la máquina está Amortizado. No dejó de funcionar, pero perdía agua, por eso he tenido que comprar otra. Esta vez la he cogido en Color Negro, con buena oferta a 69€ y con Código descuento de 30€ en mi pedido de Cápsulas Nespresso 😱😱 Era una oferta difícil de rechazar. Y sé que tengo Máquina para mucho tiempo 👌😁 Espero que me salga tan buena como la anterior. A mí me ha funcionado y me funciona de maravilla, así que no tengo ninguna duda en Recomendarla. Espero que os sea útil mi opinión y experiencia con este producto 👍👀

Dovendo cambiare una Inissia Delonghi, color crema, che è durata circa 8 anni prima di iniziare a perdere acqua dalla pompa, appena ho visto questa di colore nero, a meno di 75 euro, subito l'ho acquistata, e non potevo fare scelta migliore. Compatta, semplice da usare, manutenzione minima e, ovviamente, ottima erogazione del caffè, caldo e cremoso, forse troppo lungo per i miei gusti, ma basta regolarne l'erogazione. Altra nota positiva è che "digerisce" quasi tutte le capsule compatibili, sia in alluminio che in plastica, tra le quali (che uso abitualmente) Borbone, Amazon, Kosè. Potrei lamentarmi del cassetto di raccolta delle capsule, veramente piccolo, ma sarebbe ingiusto visto che vengono fornite anche 7 capsule assaggio, più un buono da 30 euro, facilissimo da utilizzare (arriva apposita mail Amazon con tutte le istruzioni), col quale ho acquistato, sul sito Nespresso, un cofanetto da 90 capsule per soli 9 euro.
