Best healthy brownie mix. Cost is slightly expensive, but worth the money. Very few ingredients and easy to make. Tastes just like a regular brownie, but healthier. It is low carb and wonderful texture to serve with ice cream.

Oh my gosh these are soooo good!! I’m counting calories and eating very clean at the moment. I have a huge sweet tooth so I need a sweet treat at the end of the day that doesn’t make me feel like crap even if it falls into my calorie budget like portioned out candy or a couple Oreos or a protein bar that doesn’t hit the spot and just leaves me wanting something actually good. I made these in a glass 9x9 pan, instead of 1/2 cup of oil I used 1/2 of unsweetened apple sauce, 4 tbsp of water, and 2 eggs like instructed, at 375 for about 25 minutes. They turned out SO fudgy and delicious! Cut into 9 brownies it’s 200 calories a brownie. I very highly recommend these! I end my day with one of these warmed up and then a cup of peppermint tea as I’ve found that helps turn off the sweet tooth!

I love how clean the different mixes are from Simple Mills. Real ingredients and no fillers. This brownie mix just wasn't my favorite. It was rather bland, but decent for a clean brownie made with real foods. I did add some more chocolate chips before baking and sprinkled more on top after baking and some flaky sea salt. I did however enjoy this mix slightly more the next day. I stored the leftovers in the fridge and reheated a piece. If you are looking for a super sweet brownie, this isn't for you. If you like a brownie or treat made with real ingredients, you may really enjoy this.
