Please can someone tell me what is the best machine to grind these seeds because it destroyed my £750 vitamix blender which's supposed to grind anyt

Hello enquirer, It`s been some years since I bought this product. I bought mine ready milled, but I also know that I had soaked a few seeds over a few days after washing them and drank the water. However I must stress that it`s better to buy the powder and to mix with water or simple juice or smoothie and consume. Watch some Utube Videos.
