Better than silica pellets
Moved to a humid climate with no a/c, so I use this in my spice cabinet. Works a dream. Powders don't clump. I also put some in a dank cupboard and it dealt with whatever smell that was. Better than silica by far.

Great item for keeping your 3d printer filament drier.
So much better than silica beads. Absorbs more moisture and are very difficult to break. I put them in reusable tea bags and pop a couple in a vacuum sealed bag with the filament.

fantastic drying agent.
Sooo much better than regular desiccant . Reduced the humidity in my AMS to 10% and stayed there for a month,

Better than dessicants
Ideal for keeping filaments dry either in multi materials units or simply air tight boxes much better than silica dessicants.

Great alternative forb3d printing
These work great, ordered them for 3d printing and drying my filament, had to dry them out last week 40 mins in air fryer dried them out a treat. Probably not as good as their intended purpose but doing the job.

You’ll never buy silica gel again
Solid, industry standard stuff. I’ve no complaints about the product itself, just keep in mind you can’t heat these up in your filament dryer or just leave them out in the sun to dry. Requires way higher temps to recharge, and while I don’t believe they’re toxic to be around, I don’t fancy alumina dust in my oven Also, there’s a printable funnel that fits the container perfectly, makes filling up AMS cartridges way easier. I figure Amazon blocks links, so if you just search up ‘7.5lb activated alumina pouring funnel’ you should find what I use. (Photo isn’t mine, but it’s what you’re buying + the funnel, credit @ it_works)

dry AF
Works a treat in an AMS, went from having visible moisture on the inside of the AMS to having a reported humidity of 2%, it stayed there for a month or two in a humid utility room. To fill one of the AMS desicant holder prints (the one that fits at the back and between each filament at the front) you will use about 1 LBS of this desicant

Works unbelievably well!!!
Unbelievable! Truly works and works well. Reason For Purchase: I have been 3d printing for nearly a year. I recently read that the traditional orange to green or black desiccant puts off harmful chemical VOCs and want to look into a safer alternative. Experience using the new Weisorb 10x with activated alumina: AMAZING!!! I have not had any issue with the traditional orange desiccant at all, and have effectively been able to keep my filament at well under 10% humidity but I did notice it was losing it efficiency faster and faster. Early this week I switched over half of my filament over to the Weisorb and left the other half still using the orange stuff. The Weisorb desiccant got to under 10% humidity much quicker and to my surprise I think I’m at a near 0% humidity. The AMS 2 Pro is showing 0% humidity and just holds like a champ. I can’t even smell the new desiccant at all. Honestly, if u are looking for good desiccant that’s safer and keeps humidity levels extremely low, I would suggest buying and using this stuff. It’s a bit more but not by much and if this stuff lasts even longer, while using less material it ends up being way cheaper and works wayyyyyy better

Works great for 3d printers.
Works great. Fast absorption combined with the little bags they offer in the package deal. I used it in my 3d printers. Quickly down to the limits of the hydrometer of 15%.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung meinerseits.

The best desiccant I've tried
Activated Alumina really is a huge leap above silica desiccant beads. Silica beads work well but the Activated Alumina works so much better. I use it for the storage of my Bambu Lab filament. I swapped out the Silica in my airtight storage bins and noticed a 4-5% drop in humidity level. Big difference. Unlike Silica beads, there is no color change indicator to show moisture absorption but that's ok. I keep a digital Hygrometer in each bin and also in my AMS units. I'd recommend swapping out old Silica for Activated Alumina. Good stuff and the Wisesorb comes in a nice screw top container to keep it sealed.

Superb desiccant
What an absolutely superb desiccant! I'm using it in my Bambu Lab AMS and spool holders. Literally within 5-7 minutes the humidity dropped to 20% and within approximately 1 hour, it was down to 10% and stayed there. Also the hygrometers in my spoolholders all show 10% and staying steady (in a vacuum bag). This now is officially my desiccant of choice. Yes... it is quite expensive, but TOTALLY worth it for me.
